I did a thing!! Morning of #firsts ! This was the first time I’ve poached eggs, and first time making hollandaise. It’s amazing how contagious a smile can be. A man no stranger to happiness looks into the face of his baby as he holds them. That baby meets his eyes and gives him a grin. It immediately infects the father; no it consumes him. The man feels weakness and strength all at once. The world melts away around him and his mind is forced by the smile of his child to melt away all other emotion and smile back. He will continue to smile and that smile will not break. That smile will be imprinted in his heart, in his mind, in his soul.
