And what if I was? What if you were? What if your closest friend was, or your favorite community content creator?

Yes, I understand it's commonly thrown around as an insult. I also understand that any community can and will include people with personal experiences with psychosis. Being delusional is not a crime, it is not a death sentence, and it is most certainly not something to purge from your circle like it'll "sour the crops" or something.

An identity may be rooted in delusion, it may be contributed to by delusion or accentuated by such, the relation between your alterhumanity and psychosis may be unclear or indistinguishable. You are still welcome. You are still entitled to the same respect and solidarity.

Delusional kin do exist, and they deserve the same space in the nest as any other.

Super important to remember that its so ok to make mistakes!!! We cant know everything all at once. If you mistook a Theriotype or kintype its super chill, anyone who gives you any grief for it isnt worth your time

This might be a hot take, but I really miss therianthropy before the era of reels and tiktok. Now everything just feels so HUMAN within the community. The trends, the dances, the cosplay/costumes, choreographed quads. All the tags are filled with it T^T

It feels less like animals and more like another version of furries. (I like furries so im not hating dw). I want to see more animalistic stuff again. Experience sharing without performing for a camera. Adventure vlogs. Journalling. Den/territory stuff. People being animals authentically and not just to gain attention online.

Maybe its just cause im an older therian and experienced it before it became trendy. I just miss it dearly.
