I have a lot of headcanons on Baelor and how his mind works. He's simultaneously above all the xenophobic rhetoric that swirls around him and his dornish blood, but he's young and so he of course still manages to internalise some of it. It manifests in a hyper-awareness of all the aspects of himself that make him lesser. His status as heir is nothing but diminished by his lack of dragon or ancestral sword. And as he grows up alongside Daemon who serves as an everpresent reminder of his "shortcomings", I imagine that he'd be tempted by childish fancy like. for instance. somewhat halfheartedly asking your family's long dormant dragon eggs to hatch. not even for you, because why would they, but for your beloved brother, who is by all measures the most worthy of one.

um.. sort of neither? but let's say proposal, because seeing how people write a wedding can be fun

I nearly always write established (so I can get to the smut faster) but I enjoy reading both so much!! AAH

I enjoy seeing different interpretations of soulmate AUs that allow for like, stronger platonic bonds, or aroace peoples relationship to the idea of soulmates so I'll pick that one

LAST SONG: Hate to See it End by Jayler. saw these guys live at a music festival last month, one of the favourite bands I saw honestly.

CURRENTLY WATCHING: Taskmaster mostly. Also some true crime shit, hence the Taskmaster afterwards paha.

CURRENT OBSESSION: tenuously, still AKOTSK. my brain is fickle.

CURRENTLY READING: uhh 3 books but none have actually been touched in weeks. Pieces of Eight by John Drake (pirates!!), All the Painted Stars by Emma Denny (lesbians at a joust!) , Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (space! and a lot more political than the author believes, the tit).

CURRENTLY WORKING ON: many fics, supposedly. practically zero progress on anything since end of June when it got hot tbh it is melting my brains. did scribble a bit of my modern au adhd stormhedge in a notebook the other day.
