2 | The item’s bearer gains the ability to make the type of familiars summoned by the find familiar spell dragons in addition to choosing between celestials, fey, or fiends.
3 | The item’s bearer has advantage on Charisma checks made to influence dragons or improve their attitudes, as their adorable bagon friend is too cute to resist.
4 | The item’s bearer gains two binspiration bice. Each one is a d2 that can be used like a bardic inspiration die. You can only use one binspiration bie at a time, and you regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
