There is an active transmisogynist kiwifarms thread about specific transfems and allies on the site that posted as mousidy took her break.
i have every single confidence now that the transmascvoicesproject was made by one of these users.
The thread was made specifically to target specific transfems on Tumblr, and specifically have had mousidy, missforcefem, pocket deer belly, puppet, plaidos, Patricia taxxon, and others primarily in their sights over the fact that they exist.
I cannot stress enough reporting transmascvoicesproject for spam on every post, blocking, and disengaging.
An active kiwifarms thread is watching that blog and I do not fucking trust further engagement whatsoever. This screams of danger please take care of yourselves.

While still in school, my clinical psych professor, a guy I respect a lot, did give us a lecture about this attitude as it is becoming more and more prevalent unfortunately. He said you will inevitably work with people you do not want to work with in your training. You can go on to choose your clients later on but you WILL be expected to have this skill and even exceed at it. Yes, even predators. Yes even offenders. Yes even “those” people who scare you. You will train in prisons. You will train in hospitals. Working with difficult clients is unavoidable. You absolutely must learn to do it. If you cannot, then stop wasting your time and switch majors now

because a lot of people go into psychology for themselves rather than the people they're supposed to help. it's not about helping people with serious issues. it's about having ultimate power and sway over those they see as problems to be fixed, all while reassuring themselves they're a kind empathetic person who has all the answers. anyone with problems too complicated violates their idea of themselves as the one with all the answers, so resentment of severe mental illness has always been baked into the psychiatric community. with the recent addition of purity culture and a resurgence in the belief that thought crimes are real, this is a totally expected evolution for future psychologists.
