Color pie question, how come most effects have secondary and tertiary colors, but land ramp (aka search your library for a land and put it onto the battlefield play) is almost exclusively a green mechanic? It seems kind of weird when landfall is a mechanic that shows up in most colors.

Personally, I like when mechanics are sans or wedged. Kinda like how lifegain is a bit of an Abzan mechanic now, with white primary, green secondary, and black tertiary.

All colors have a little land fetching as seen by the cycle of land cycling we do at common in almost every set.
