Thinking of my little OC (Nightwings daughter) and how much Bruce would absolutely adore her. He would be such a doting grandpa, constantly spoiling her and would always carry her around as a baby. When she gets older he’d let her practice different hairstyles on him and the paparazzi would get photos of him in a three piece suit on his way to Wayne enterprise with shiny, bright butterfly clips in his hair.

It would drive Nightwing absolutely nuts.

Seeing the type of father figure he could have had. The attentive and soft person he could have had. On the one hand, Nightwing is so so glad that his daughter gets to experience Bruce that way; yet on the other hand he’s jealous because he never got this side of Bruce. He had the strict, emotionally reserved side. The side of him that Nightwing had to read between the lines to understand what Bruce was actually trying to say.

I once inadvisably shared an interesting article about a romance novel lawsuit with a co-worker. About an hour later she appeared at my cubicle and said, "You can explain to me what they mean when they say 'omegaverse', right?" and I was forced to respond, "I can, but not during office hours, I'm not getting fired for being sexually inappropriate in the workplace."

I will say, when I started to explain it, her eyes got really wide and she said, "So that's at least six genders, right?" with the kind of mental acuity I'd never even thought to bring to bear on the subject.
