@black-unchained
Hello, sir or madam. I hope you had a great morning, afternoon, or night. But, Let me introduce myself so I can show you who I truly am. I am the living breathing thing you call a human. I have two hands, two eyes, and two ears. I have a mouth to speak and a nose to smell. I have hair as well. I also have feelings. Many feelings...about this world and all the opportunities given to me to succeed. However, others call me many other things that are not me. 1 calls me as a thug; Another an athlete; Another an animal; Another darkness ; Another a dark hole, but I am creative, outspoken, innovative,and misunderstood. I am #black.
"But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition." - Martin Luther King Jr.52 years ago, Martin Luther King Jr. delievered this speech to all of America to shed some light on a situation that was horrifically overlooked. Being a American Black was considered the lowest in American society, even though slavery was abolished in most states at that time. We as people of color got unequal schools, unequal rights and unequal opportunites to change our society, hence the lack of the right to vote.We have gone a long way from those very steps on the Lincoln Memorial, however it seems as if we have not even moved at all, even if is a budge. Segregation still exists, Racism's long effects still lie here today, and people of color are still a minority. But, let us look on the bright side, we have the right to vote like every one else, we can get education like everyone else. even if not all schools are created equally, and we cannot be discriminated based on our race in getting a job or asking for government help.SO DO YOU BELIEVE THAT WE ARE FREE? OR ARE WE JUST LIVING IN AN ILLUSION?
I am wondering if anyone would be willing to do exalted Rattlebones with me. If so, comment down below for details.

Throwback Thursday #1 : Nets V.S. Timberwolves. Honestly, I have only gone to two Nets Games. This has been the second and it really surprised me. The reason why it did was not because of the Nets, not because of the Brooklynettes, not because of Kids Dance Team or the Half-Time Presentation. This reason why I am astonished is because nothing was really directed toward the actual players of the game! People could cheer and scream all they want but nothing would truly happen unless the nets pulled it off themselves. Also, the dancing during the half time shows and the little Easter eggs that is placed on screen isn't really interesting after two quarters into the game. To add insult to injury, the Nets were consistently down 9-10 points against the Timberwolves. And you would say it would get better with time but it did not! They fell back to a lost of 20+ points in third quarter. Well, at least they picked up the slack and keep the loss under 20 but let's see how you would feel if you scored 85 against an away team with 100. Think about that!
When he was in school he longed to be out, and when he was out he longed to be in. On the way he thought about coming home, and coming home he thought about going. Wherever he was he wished he were somewhere else, and when he got there he wondered why he’d even bothered.

The true importance of a smile: Part 1: Confusion. The true emotion underneath the smile on that placid face is not always easily found. The only true way to find out is to ask the person. Just go up to the person and say “Hey, what’s up?” and find out how they are truly feeling under that false expression.Obviously, do not appear nosy, but do so in a way that lets them know you care about them. However that might not always be easy; good luck trying! P.S: Always look behind the smile because there might not be always happiness behind it. P.P.S.: Please tell people if something is wrong with you because it just makes you feel worse

Also make sure you do in a way that will truly show who you are, that will show them that they are messing with a person who knows what they are doing and is logical in their actions.
