From what I see House and Senate have two different versions of the KOSA bill and aren't compromising on one version. In order for it to become a passable law they have to agree on a single version (I think??? That's the gist of what I saw discussed on twitter and bluesky, do not quote me plz). Somebody cut two of them in half at Washington Avenue and Westcott in Houston, spray-painted the wreckage, and left an American flag on one of them.
