I’ve noticed this trend where people use children as a deflection tactic for when horrible people are being discussed on the internet. When Charlie Kirk died, people used his children as a means to garner sympathy for him, despite the fact he’d said he’d force his little girl to carry her rape baby if she were ever assaulted.

And now with Perez Hilton, people are using his children as a means to shame people who don’t feel any kind of empathy towards the situation he’s in. No one is saying his children deserve to be harassed, that’s a pretty obvious given, but people also aren’t obligated to feel sorry for him just because now he’s a father.

Exactlyyy! asoiaf might be full of heartbreaking lines and self-styled comedians but let's be honest, nothing compares to renly scarring stannis emotionally with the peach and their little parley 🙂‍↕️ It's very younger brother of him. I have to reread this Catelyn chapter every once in a while because I'm constantly forgetting how funny Renly actually is. He truly read Stannis to filth:
