Ouhh that's a tough one.

I feel like she'd like mango-bacon milkshakes (yk the ones we can get at five guys with the bacon bits) and with that she'd eat pinapple pizza. Yes we love being controversial here.

For favorite book, probably some fantaisy book serie with a sad start but a happy/bittersweet end. Maybe The Quest of Ewilan or Susie et le Dormeveil (it's a french book and she's not french canonically, sadly the book doesnt exist in english. It's hard to find stuff that works cause most of the books I read are french sooo yeah)

2. Give a fun fact about them you've been wanting to post about but haven't found a reason to.

I didn't want to watch TADC at first. (I swear this has a link with Pouet hold on please-) I was in the middle of an hyperfixation, and it was so popular that it annoyed me. I also knew I could enjoy the serie and end up making an oc, something that I wanted to avoid because lazyness. But my friends kept asking me so much that I ended up watching, two monthes after the release. I loved it, of course, and made an oc, then I went to sleep (it was late). You know what ? It was Pouet. While her design changed a lot, her core character stayed the same. Here, have my first Pouet drawing hehe

4. How do they listen to music? Are they always looking for new songs, or do they find comfort in looping the same song over and over (if they've got a penchant for replaying, how long until they get sick of one song?)

She listens to music when she's sad or anxious for totally different reasons. When she's sad, it's to let it out, so usually sad musics. When it's when she's anxious/scared ? Comforting music, the same two/three ones on repeat. To avoid the scary thoughts, it's a way to put it under the rug. It does help in avoiding panic attacks. She is the type to listen to the same music in repeat, but there isn't a wide choice of music in the circus anyway.

34. How do they function on little sleep? No sleep?

Members of the circus don't need to sleep, but Pouet prefers to, to get a semblance of normality. Tho, sometimes, she cannot sleep. It usually happens when she has a panic attack. So basically, if she didn't sleep, she went through a panic attack, so she's wayyy easely anxious and irritable.

38. Would they kill a spider, run away screaming, or secret third option? Tell us what secret third option is if it applies.

She would probably try to move the spider outside. If the spider touches her she'd panic and smash it, and then feel guilty about it. Poor spider... :c

BFDIA 25 AND SEASON WINNER SPOILERS BELOW

I think it's really cool how they made the effort to really tie the episode in with idfb 1, obviously the bigger stuff like Firey being in a cage or Needle doing Freesmart related shenenigans in the museum but even the small jokes like Nickel saying he lost his color after losing Bomby's purple pigment

Even tho it made it hard to give Leafy an arc since she had to still be murderous in idfb so yeah... Her convo with Book is probably setup for a future redemption arc but it still felt a bit pointless that all of that took place without any change in return

I can't wait for idfb 2 !!! Especially since we should get GB's backstory at some point in the season hskehridlek

they were originally created to just be a silly oc design because i never make object ocs anymore and i'd never made one for a specific show, but i gave her more of a story than i intended so here's a little summary

she's from the "real world" and is a steve cobs fangirl to a worrying extent. like. kpop stan level LOL (affectionate), she's totally fascinated by him

she sought out a job at meeple for that exact reason, and wormed her way up to a high enough position that she would Maybe see cobs like once a week if she was lucky---and she ended up being on mephone4's ship when melife was deactivated in the s2 finale (even though she was probably not supposed to LIKE GIRL GO HOME YOUR SHIFT ENDED AN HOUR AGO)

they didn't find their way to the society until like a week-ish after cobs died, and was TOTALLY distraught about it, and was even more distraught by the idea that Nobody Else Fucking Liked That Guy Like?????? pawnie was really heavily disliked by a lot of people on the island for a while because she WOULD NOT stop defending cobs. like babe he literally tried to kill all of us we do not care that he gave you dental insurance. taco hates her and they will NOT make up

ANYWAY eventually they realized exactly zero people liked cobs and they slowly adjust to life in the society. theyre kind of weird about it like "ok lets agree to disagree!" when confronted with the many reasons why cobs sucks but it's Okay i Guess because they Live Here Now So We Have To Deal With It.

and at least they're getting BETTER and TRYING. they join the safety squad too... they're a nice person if you ignore the whole cobs thing. and also The Other Thing

The Other Thing (genuinely unrelated to cobs/poppy i just think its an interesting side effect of their personality) is that pawnie is like. really really mean to robots they've worked at meeple and watched all of cobs' stupid tech expos since they were like 15, and have formed a really unempathetic attitude towards his inventions & robots in general, which is where a LOT of the conflict between pawnie and the other islanders arises. she sees them solely as tools, or as simply inconveniences when they're not being useful.

so for a long time, pawnie has literally zero sympathy for mepad's death ("cant u just buy another one LOL??" girl shut UP), they dgaf about the mephones, and they're just MEAN to metag AND bot oh my GOD. like they will kick those robots like rocks if theyre in her way girl wtf is wrong with youuuugghhhh

anyway this is quietly a problem for a while, but MOSTLY pawnie has adjusted pretty well to life on the island as long as you dont bring up those 2 things. great everythings going great right

ANYWAY anyway, THEN poppy shows up and pawnie gets like 50x worse about cobs

and even though i guess she's technically the main character of her own story, she's very antagonistic for a while in general---she thinks poppy is like the second coming of cobs, and while the rest of the island is trying to make sure that poppy ISN'T like cobs, pawnie is kind of trying to make sure that poppy IS??? or at least, she's trying to convince poppy that cobs wasn't as bad as everyone says, and is REALLY clinging to the belief that poppy is in any way similar to cobs

i say that their relationship with poppy is much more platonically obsessive than romantic for a long while, because for a while, pawnie only sees poppy as an extension of her idol---she shoves herself into poppy's life (and shoves metag & bot aside while doing so, which is becoming a bigger and bigger problem. she literally stole her bandana from bot's head kjsdhksjhg like ACTUALLY STOPPP)

the whole point of their dynamic is pawnie's character growth: poppy teaches her to be more empathetic and open to personal reflection. slowly (VERY SLOWLY BC PAWNIES LOWKEY ANNOYING), pawnie learns to listen & understand why the islanders hate/fear cobs so much, treat bot & metag with respect, and view poppy as their own person

i wouldn't say either of them truly 'love' each other until pawnie's character growth nears its end, and she can actually see poppy as their own person who is completely separate & different from cobs, and still worthy of a deeper, genuine kind of love. personal growth woo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyway its a sweet story in the end but for 90% of it pawnie is genuinely an Issue for Everybody on this Goddamn Island its so funny i love her ajshdfgdsfkjgh
