Holy Shit. I honestly thought āno fucking way.ā But if you made $10,000 everyday since 1776 at the end of 2022 you would have $897.9 million. So like⦠still $102 million short.

how you program your mind when youāre at a low point is so impactful. resorting back to toxic patterns when youāre low is only strengthening those neural pathways and programming your mind to make those unhealthy choices or think those unhealthy thoughts every time youāre not feeling well. alternatively, trying your hardest to cope in a healthier way every time youāre feeling bad will strengthen those positive neural pathways, and as time goes on, it will become easier to make healthy choices and say no to toxic patterns. this of course isnāt to say that you should feel guilty if you relapse, it is not by any means easy to reprogram your brain and sometimes we relapse and thatās okay, so long as weāre trying our best to treat ourselves better.
The first āpositive neural pathwayā I developed was learning the importance ofĀ ābe patient with yourselfā. Within that concept I include being kind to yourself as part of that patience, as well to have something, some task/goal/aim, to be patient about. It is pretty much the foundation of how I am much less of a mess than I could be.
i figured this was some sort of flex about the driverās precision to not hit the cup, and it was that i guess? but also so much more

This is super cool
For non-Americans: this is actually accurate and reflects how Americans understand ourselves and regional identities. These arenāt official labels, but theyāre not totally made up either.
