#how do you work

Well that's simple! I usually parse out my land's main systems into the following categories:

Economic

Cultural

Military

Diplomatic

I then assign advisors to each role (the most important is Cultural, as I have placed the most talented person in the land to that role) while I myself over see all four as the overseeing committee! HA!

Then one meeting to go over each every quarter using projections from the last eight quarters! Two years is a very small amount of time but allows for the intermediate. Once that is done we look over the last two hundred for a better long term functionality!

It is QUITE SIMPLE!
