nobody:
the demons in my room when i’m talking to myself about weird shit, watching as i go from happy and giddy to questioning where i’m gonna be in ten years and sobbing:
What do you get when you cross a mentally ill loner with a society that abandons him and treats him like trash? You get what you f**kin’ deserve!
Joker (2019) dir. Todd Phillips
Handmaids Tale S3
I just finished the season and I have some thoughts lol
-I was frustrated with June at the start of the season as she seemed to be quite selfish but after the hospital scenes that changed, I'm glad she realised it's not a her problem but everyone needs help
-serena was soo frustrating there were so many moments early in when she could have teamed up with June but no she genuinely does not care unless things directly affect her, she doesn't want Nicole she just wants a child
-Commander Waterford is my love/hate villain due to how well he plays this role and how much of a prick he is
-it was nice to get a back story on Aunt Lydia I thought she would sympathise more with the handmaids but no she's way too set in the regime i feel like
-Commander Lawrence I also loved & hated throughout due to his nonchalant behaviour towards things he created!? like all of this was his idea and now he just wants to stay holed up in his big ass house. I did feel like he slightly redeemed himself during the last few episodes
-his wife omggg Mrs Lawerence was so sweet I get so bad for her and her ending was heartbreaking but I get it, she was too much of a liability and I don't think she'd ever be able to be normal again
-the handmaids and marthas working together was so empowering i was in tears!?!? they really stole the whole season for me I was a mess during the last episode it was so tense and beautiful
-Lastly where the fuck was Nick this whole season, it was never resolved!?! he was just stationed somewhere else as like the leader and that's it we never see him again. I was really hoping that he would help June at the end but no absolutely no contribution from him this season i'm so disappointed especially after how their relationship progressed last season

13RW theory 1 - Deputy Standall killed Monty to protect Alex, that's whos clothes he was burning to cover his tracks and why his thanksgiving speech was kinda about asking for forgiveness
2- monty isn't actually dead as they never showed us his body and next season will revolve around him
Steve Harrington and Justin Foley being Netflix’s best redemption cases
13rw Season 3 Thoughts
-really dislike that a random new person is the voiceover
-tbh the plot isn't flowing as clearly as the last seasons, a lot of scenes just cut without a smooth transition, the main being how randomly a scene with Ani's voiceover would cut to her sat at the table in a black & white scene, just didn't flow or connect with me
-i loveeee seeing clay & justin as brothers
-I like Jessica's story arc and how empowering she's become
-i'm really confused on how Ani become such a huge part of the group to the point she feels entitled to question everyone ?
-also her & clay being besties is so weird
- zack and chloe getting close was a nice surprise I really enjoyed their scenes
-the scene in ep 3 in the flashback where jessica says to bryce 'no matter what I do you're still on top of me. And i still can't breathe' gave me actual chills
-honestly episode 3 was one of my faves the scene of jessica stripping made me cry with her
-I did like how everyone took care of tyler and went out of their way to kinda adopt him
-ngl in some scenes it felt like Ani was one of Clays hallucinations lmao
-i really liked the scene of Tony & Tyler with the punching bag
-I get Alex was hurt but spending the summer with Bryce was effed up
-zach & alex are very unlikable this season
-the scene of bryce and his mum painting felt so out of character
-tony's family being taken by ICE was so sad
-the ani & clay kiss had zero chemistry
-justin telling ani to fuck off has become my fave scene
-ani saying clay has motive cause she slept with bryce and he got soooo jealous is literally overestimating your place in someone's life
-tyler telling clay what happened to him was so emotional but a well done scene
-love the little snippets of clay and justin
-jess and justin are super cutee
-confused as to what happened to zach & alex friendship ??
-it was nice to see miss baker again
-i really liked the scene with tony & bryce, telling him to take responsibility and bryce listening to the tapes!!
-i love charlie i hope we see more of him next season
-my heart broke for justin hearing about his abuse, I would acc die for him!!
-zach wtf????? i had to remove my headphones
-monty having a shitty dad doesn't excuse what he did to tyler so yeah f him
-but i won't lie monty & that hillcrest guy (winston?) just wow i need fanfics
-daaamn wasn't expecting that end for monty but makes sense
-liked that they all listened to bryces tape together
-alex & his dad was emotional also the thanksgiving moments were so sweet
-I get they were sorto going for Ani to be like a Hannah 2.0 but it honestly didn't work for me
-the whole bryce redemption shit was effed up but if that's what they were going for it would have been interesting to have him as the voiceover or even Tyler as he was a huge part of the season not annoying Ani
-i don't hate the way this season ended could be a good end to the show overall
Sophie Turner and Jonathan Van Ness meeting for the first time
