Adriana Smith’s neonate was delivered today, 3 months early (around 28 weeks).

She will finally be allowed to rest and taken off of life support.

Her family’s fundraiser is nowhere near its goal, and now they have tremendous NICU costs to look forward to based on how her son was able (or unable) to develop under the duress of all those life saving drugs they pumped his mom full of.

Please allow this mother’s spirit to rest and support their family as they’re finally allowed to grieve poor Adriana being used as an incubator for the state.

When you think about it, the amount of stuff lost to time is insane. The picture we have of the past in this day and age is highly incomplete, because such a tiny proportion of living creatures actually become fossilized. So many coincidences need to happen for anything to become a fossil. Think of the amount of species we’ll never know simply because they didn’t become fossils. Even if they did, there’s no guarantee we’ll find it.

This becomes even more mind boggling when you consider ecosystems. There’s essentially no fossils found in rainforests, but in our time, tropical forests are the most biodiverse ecosystems. Think of all the lifeforms that made a vivid rainforest in the past, and how they’re gone forever. Insane

Idk who needs to hear this and I'm sure it's already a widely shared sentiment but if you are using AI chatbots for roleplay / emotional attachment towards fictional characters of any kind you are Dying. I think if that technology was around when I was 12-15 would've become even more traumatized and isolated than I already became over my fictional character obsessions. I could hardly handle this technology 2 years ago and it still had a very bad addictive impact on me. You should not fuck with it under any circumstances if you're the kind of person to grow deep attachment to fictional characters. Its not your friend and it's not real. Delete your accounts cancel your subscriptions Get it OUT of your life. This is your sign 😁 goodnbye
