Mental disorders are a tragic illness that humans have to deal with. What's more tragic than depression or anxiety is not having a strong family tree to help cope or surpass these disorders. It's extremely unfortunate when a family member is struggling with their daemons and their closest support group either rejects them or blames them for said daemons. Mental disorder is no ones fault and rejection and blaming only exacerbate the situation for both the suffering individual and the rest of the family because it will cause isolation. Love, support, compassion and understanding are the key steps the helping you loved ones. I urge you to seek knowledge and help for anyone in or outside you family circle that you may have noticed that could be struggling with mental health issues. Thanks and Live and Love!
