I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in 2018. I struggle with self harm, risky behavior, fear of abandonment, FP dependency, and emotion regulation. Therapy helped me stop self harming and since then I've pretended I don't have it. Well I'm done pretending so here's my journal about living with this difficult disorder!
