● Heard of her two weeks after she joined the company, heard how she was JYP’s most valuable trainee even though she just joined, and also knew little to zero korean.
● After seeing her train, he immediately understood why the company was so keen on keeping her. He took her under his wing, and she officially became his first kid, even before Han.
● Taught her some korean, so she could at least have a proper conversation, but she was struggling with the korean to the training to school, so he stuck on being a mentor to her.

● Teases her relentlessly but softens the teasing up so he doesn’t upset her, and if he does—he immediately follows it with a hug while laughing and ruffling her hair.
● Was a ‘bit’ harsh on her during the survival show, part of him wanted to see if she’d crack under pressure, since he wasn’t too fond of the bold idea of a girl in a boy group.
● He can tease her and poke fun at her, but when the other members do it too much? He goes in 110% back on them.
● From the moment she saw him rap, she was absolutely starstruck. Intimidated? Very. In awe? Completely.
● Has gone viral multiple times for clocking a weird fan’s behavior, has even stopped interviews when the interviewers got creepy with their questions.
● Always seen to be carrying her around, and he doesn’t mind, not really, that’s why he got buff anyways.
● She’s always admiring his physique, especially in front of other people and especially if those other people were trying to be give him a backhanded compliment.
● Unfortunately they didn’t get to speak much because of Naeun’s lack of korean, and Hyunjin’s lack of english. So they tried to make up with gestures, and eventually, they began to grow closer and closer when Naeun became almost good at Korean.
● The biggest ship in the group, probably because of how protective Hyunjin is seen to be over her. His hand always hovering behind her back in crowded spaces, always tugging her closer when they’re sitting together. She’s the inspiration to most of his work.
● Late night talks, her talking while he sketches or paints, then falling asleep on his bed as he cleans up. Hyunjin always believed in soulmates, and so did she, and soulmates always find each other, so they did.
● Whenever he goes to his parents’ house, she’s dragged along with him, just for funsies. His mother adores her, and she always gains a few pounds whenever she visits.
● They got close right after she got eliminated, because when they were training as 7 members, only then did he realize that he actually missed her being around, along with Felix and Lee Know.
● Once they got closer, they literally wouldn’t leave each other’s sides, and Chan would die inside each time he had to look after the two together. Complete disaster.
● She was the first one to nickname him a ‘quokka’, and use the squirrel emoji for him.
● Helped Han with his anxiety a lot, her and seungmin would be the first to notice, and she would try to help him as much as she could. Whenever he had bad anxiety, at the end of the day he’d go to her and they’d cuddle to sleep, no one else.
● Were the closest during the survival show and pre-show, because they both didn’t know shit about Korean. They would spend time learning it together, and learnt slang and cuss words together, too.
● After they both got eliminated, and were sent home, they hung out together all day, went to a park and just sat on the swings, wondering what went wrong. They found comfort in each other, and were both sobbing messes.
● They both have late night baking sessions together on a free schedule, bake whatever they wanted to bake, and end it with an old rom-com and cuddles. They both have the softest energy ever when together, especially when together.
● They always know when the other is feeling down or upset, and immediate physical touch is delivered, cuddling, kisses, whatever you think of. They’d bake something quick in the middle of the night, watch an old rom-com and fall asleep on the couch, tangled with each other.
● He can ‘roast’ anyone in the group, sometimes even Felix, but never her. Even without cameras, members have said that he never says anything mean to her.
● He always tries to defend it by saying she’s too young for it, which makes her stick her tongue out at him every time.
● Wouldn’t make fun of her but they would make fun of the members together. They’re always doing something.
● During their early debut era, where she was still really shy around everyone, he got a little out of his bubble to try and converse with her, and she would beam every time, grinning, which calmed his nerves.
CHAMPAGNE COAST - Blood Orange
● The maknae duo. They are powerful alone, but together, they can do anything they want, anytime they want it.
● Before she was announced to join the survival show, he was babied by the guy constantly, then she showed up, and suddenly all the babying went to her (not entirely).
● When she joined, she barely knew any Korean, same state as Felix. So poor guy had no idea how to communicate even though he wanted to do so badly. But then, early debut when she finally learnt enough Korean to joke around, he began babying her as well, and although she hates it (lowkey enjoys it), she learnt to accept it with time.
● She’s always all over him, asleep on his shoulder, or on her phone, casually draped across his lap. They are the third biggest ship, because Jeongin likes to act strong and ‘manly’ around her, and always wants her to call him ‘oppa’, which she eventually complies with after he pounces on her with tickles.
