PIZZA BOMBS

TOY STORY PIZZA PLANET CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
• Pizza dough
• Tomato purée (or sauce)
• Slices of american cheese
• Shredded cheddar
• Shredded mozzarella
• Ground beef, 1lb
• Onion - chopped
• Mustard
• Pickles
• Ketchup
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Minced garlic
• Olive oil
• Basil
• Parsley
• Sesame seeds
• Melted butter

DIRECTIONS:
• Pregeat oven according to pizza dough directions.
• Put pizza dough on pizza pan, spread out with fingers
• In a large pot over medium, heat olive oil, tomato sauce, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and herbs. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
• In a frying pan, heat olive oil & add chopped onions. Cook until onions caramelize. Add some salt and a bit more oil. Remove from heat.
• Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, caramelized onions, basil, parsley. Mix well, divide into small balls and flatten to make tiny thin patties. Heat oil in pan and cook patties. Flatten patties as they cook.
• On the dough, spread mustard, avoiding about 3cm around edges for crust. Spread on tomato sauce we made, then drizzle ketchup and spread around on tomato sauce.
• Add American cheese slices but make sure to leave space for sauce to peep through. Sprinkle cheddar & mozzarella.
• Cut the burger patties in half and add some mustard to the back side of each piece then place on top of the pizza.
• Add some melted butter to the crust area then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
• Pop in oven and set time according to pizza crust directions. Turn oven to broil and broil pizza about 2-3 minutes to get pizza a golden brown color.
• Add drizzle of mustard and drizzle ketchup to the top of the pizza, then place pickles on top.

MEDIEVAL TIMES TOMATO BISQUE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
• 2 Tbl. canola oil
• 2 ea. medium carrots, peeled
• 1 ea. celery stalk, cleaned and trimmed
• ½ ea. medium onion, peeled
• 1 tsp. garlic, minced
• 2 ea. 6 oz. cans tomato paste
• 1 ea. 15 1/2 oz can tomato puree
• 5 cups water
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 3 tbls. Sugar
• 2 tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
• Pinch Italian seasoning
• ½ ea. lemon, for juice

DIRECTIONS
• Cut the carrots, celery and onion into small pieces about ½ inches. Place the carrots, onions and celery into a food processor fitted with the knife blade and pulse until they are finely minced, almost pureed.
• Heat the canola oil in a 5 – 6 quart stainless steel sauce pan or pot. Add the finely minced carrots, onions and celery and cook until vegetables are soft but not browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
• Add the minced garlic and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
• Add the tomato paste and stir into the vegetables to combine well and cook for another 2 minutes.
• Add the tomato puree, water, paprika sugar, salt, ground pepper, Italian Seasoning and juice from ½ lemon.
• Bring soup to a boil while stirring frequently. Once soup comes to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and continue to simmer for 20 minutes, while stirring frequently to prevent soup from scorching.
• When soup is finished cooking, remove from heat, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.

CHILI QUESO DIP
INGREDIENTS
• 16 oz Velveeta
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper optional, if you like it spicy
• 15 oz Wolf Chili No Beans
• 2 tsp Chili Powder
• 2 tsp Lime Juice
• 1/2 tsp Cumin

DIRECTIONS
• Cut the velveeta into cubes.
• Heat all ingredients in pan over medium heat stirring frequently.
• Serve with tortilla chips
FRIED RICE
Ingredients
• 2 packs of Uncle Ben’s Jasmine ready rice
• 4 scallions (green onions)
• 3 large eggs
• Milk (for scrambled eggs)
• Soy Sauce
• Salt
• Pepper
• Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS
• Pour olive oil in pan to coat. Heat olive oil in pan on high heat.
• Break eggs in bowl, add in milk, mix together
• Cut green onions as big or small as you prefer
• Pour eggs in hot pan, make scrambled eggs
• When eggs are finished, leave them in the pan and add the cut green onions. Stir.
• Add in the bags of Uncle Ben’s ready rice.
• Add soy sauce (as much or as little as you prefer)
• Add salt and pepper to taste
• Constantly stir until rice is soft

RECIPE
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Layer the meat and cheese inside of the cut breads
- heat about 5 heaped tablespoons of butter or margarine for about 30seconds in microwave
- To melted butter, add Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and mix
- Add sauce mixture to tops of sliders
- Cover with foil, bake for 7 mins
- Take foil off, bake for another 7 mins

THANKSGIVING TURKEY
INGREDIENTS
- turkey, giblets and neck removed, pat turkey dry (used 20lb)
- 2-3 cups butter, at room temp
- 2 cans chicken broth, 14oz
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Lemon pepper
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 lemons
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic head, tip cut off
- Cheesecloth

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the turkey from the fridge one hour before roasting. Remove the giblets + neck and rinse the bird off, pat dry and allow to come to room temperature.
2. Make the butter. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, sage, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Position a rack in the lower third of the oven. Place the turkey in a large roasting pan.
4. Season the cavity of the turkey with salt and pepper and fill the cavity with the, lemons, garlic and onion. Gently lift the skin of the turkey by using your fingers and going in between the skin and body of the bird. Rub half of the compound butter under the skin of the bird, spreading some of the butter on top of the skin as well. Take the remaining butter and melt it over the low heat on the stove or in the microwave. Dampen your cheesecloth with warm water and squeeze dry. Submerge the cheesecloth in the melted butter, making sure all the cheese cloth has soaked up the butter. Lay the cheesecloth over the bird, covering most of the bird. Drizzle any remaining butter over the turkey
5. Pour cans of chicken broth into the bottom of the roasting plan. Place the roasting pan in the oven and roast for 45 minutes at 450° F. After 45 minutes reduce the oven temperature to 325° F. and continue cooking for another 4 hours (until the turkey registers 165° F. on a meat thermometer), adding 1-2 cup of broth half way through roasting. I like to baste the turkey with the drippings 2-3 times throughout cooking and when doing so rotate the roasting pan.

• $1 French bread from Walmart bakery cut in half
• Hunts tomato sauce (unsalted)
• Shredded mozzarella cheese
• S prinkled salt and onion powder
• Chopped black olives
• Pepperoni
• Fresh bell pepper
• Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Sprinkled parsley flakes
• Put in 350° oven for about 20mins (or until cheese is all melted)!
CAJUN CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA
INGREDIENTS
• Box of penne pasta
• Alfredo sauce - I use 2 jars
• John Soules Foods rotisserie chicken (near fresh chicken usually) - 2 bags
• Cajun seasoning
• $1 bread from Walmart bakery

DIRECTIONS
• cook pasta according to box
• warm chicken in frying pan with a bit of olive oil
• when pasta is done, drain water, add pasta back to pot and add the jars of Alfredo sauce, stir and keep temp on low to keep warm
• slice bread, add a bit of butter then broil in oven.. watch closely, it broils very quickly
• spoon the pasta with sauce onto plate, add chicken on top of pasta, sprinkle Cajun seasoning to taste & add bread to side of plate
NOTES
**can also add chopped scallions to the top of the pasta as well if desired
CHICKEN FAJITAS
INGREDIENTS
• Package of chicken tenders
• 3 bell peppers (whatever colors you want)
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Fajita seasoning
• Shredded Fiesta cheese
• Flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 415°
• Cut bell peppers and onion put in large bowl. Add half the packet of fajita seasoning, olive oil, lemon pepper, pepper, salt, lemon juice, garlic powder and mix well. Place veggies on sheet pan.
• Put chicken tenders in large bowl. Sprinkle olive oil, half the packet of fajita seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste. Toss until mixed and coated.
• Place chicken on another oven pan
• Put both pans in oven and let cook for 25 minutes
