i realized there isn't much info out there, so i decided to make a list of ALL of the canonically transgender care bears !
This guy is trans masc! He was referred to as female until the 2000s, then he was changed to male!
Shes trans fem! This bear was originally introduced as male, but in the 2000s she was changed to female!
He is trans masc! He was referred to as female through a majority of the series until 2019, when he was changed to male!
This bear was originally referred to as female, but in 2019 was changed to male. Then, most recently, the care bears official TikTok page confirmed Superstar is nonbinary and uses both he/him and they/them pronouns!
They are non-binary! Birthday was originally introduced as male, but since 2019, they have used he/they/she pronouns interchangeably!

This funny bunny has been referred to by both he/him and she/her pronouns interchangeably since the start, but in the 2020 story we see her referred to mostly by she/her!

The Halloween bear is nonbinary! They first were called She/her, but later was changed to They/them!
Another nonbinary holiday bear! Hooray! They were originally referred to by she/her, but was also referred to by they/them and he/him!
Last but certainly not least, we have Togetherness Bear! She was created to be transgender from the very start- They are Genderfluid! He uses she/he/they pronouns interchangeably, and was released for Pride month in 2021! She's amazing!
