Why is the council so stingy with giving sophies friends goblin bodyguards? Like Keefe's bodyguard came from a completely outsourced deal. Linhs are dwarves and a ogre she's burrowing from sophie. Maruca doesn't have one. Wylie and prentice dont have one. Stina doesn't have one. Like several of these people have made themselves targets by fighting the Neverseen for the council and they cant have a little extra protection?

It’s back it’s better than ever it’s slightly more keeper themed everyone cheer for keeper summer reading!

Guidelines:

1. Have fun! There’s no prize only pride and the purpose of this is to read books and share the joy in that with other people. I’m not the cops, if you think a book fits a category it probably does! If you want to count a book for multiple squares who am I to judge?

2. Similarly, the definition of art as used in a few squares is so very loose. You can do some writing, you can make a bracelet, you can do a stick figure doodle, I am not here to judge. It is simply meant to get your creative juices flowing and get you thinking about books in a fun way! That’s it.

The main reason I cannot enjoy Bronte's "redemption arc" or however you want to call it is that it mostly relies on scapegoating a woman (Alina) to show that the man (Bronte) is "better" than her as a Councillor/person, rather than having Bronte own up to his mistakes (yes, MISTAKES, not "tests" or whatever bullfuckery he said in Legacy) and a-po-lo-gi-se to Sophie. And to Grady. And to the Talentless people he insulted in Exile which was never brought up ever again and I'm the only one remembering this line.

I forgot how funnily absurd every episode of Miraculous Ladybug is. Like im re-watching season six right now and im currently on an episode where so far we have seen:

Marinette attempting to concoct some form of spell and repeatedly exploding said spell in her house, making it shake, which her parents have exepted as a science experiment.

Alya convinces Marinette to leave her in Marinettes room so Marinette can go attempt to get Kagami and Adrien back together. Marinette's parents do not question Alya being left alone to work on the "science experiment"

Marinette essentially trades Kagamis mother a box of pastries for Kagami, for an hour, in order to get her and Adrien unwillingly back together. Kagami kinda just lets this happen.

Marinette sends a swarm after Adriens poor bodyguard

Pigeon guy is helping film a perfume comertial and its implied Gabriel Agrestte genuinely gets convinced at some point that the pigeons are doves, despite the fact pigeon man has committed 71 pigeon related crimes with these pigeons.

Adrien is allergic to pigeons and supposed to grab a rose from a pigeon mid air.

Adrien implies he is hallucinating his friends being there and none of the adults question anything about this.

Adrien's hair is still not wet despite Adrien being fully submerged in water 3 times.

We are only half way into this episode, God i love this show.

Imagine being a Foster like 2000 years into the future. Imagine inheriting the brown eyes too. A clear sign of being a descendent of the legendary Sophie Foster, the elf with five (+) abilities, who fought the neverseen, who was raised with humans.

Imagine just walking down hall the hallway of Foxfire, and land being greeted with eyes of scorn, jealousy, and admiration. Sophie Foster is now more legendary than Fallon Vacker. she and the others in her group are now very old and very pointy ears. They mostly stick to themselves but come into the open eye whenever the world needs help. 

Being a Foster is bigger than being a Vacker, it carries more weight. The weight of a young girl, forced into a destiny, a girl who changed the world.

With the end of the series coming near, I wonder what it will be like after everything is dealt with. If the neverseen will be fully defeated, how much respect will immediately be put on her name. We already know that if she marries Keefe, they're both keeping her name, so if they have kids, it's definitely getting passed down. I'm curious to see if we'll get like an into the future ordeal. But without a doubt, I can see Foster becoming one of, if not the most legendary last names known to Elven history.

I hate how every time a kid-friendly game that includes romance comes out (recent example: Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream), and fans express a desire for polyamory in the game, polyamphobic people come out of the wood works to say "Don't do that, that's a game kids play!"

Minors can be polyamorous. Minors can have polyamorous parents or other relatives. Minors are not harmed in any way by exposure of polyamory. I knew I was polyamorous by the age of 12. I felt extraordinarily othered by the lack of representation.

Polyamory isn't inherently some super explicit NSFW thing.

It's literally no different from the "don't let same-gender relationships exist in video games!" argument.

I’ve reblogged this campaign before, but I’ve been speaking to Mohammed more and I’d like to share it again.

Mohammed is 20 years old living in Gaza with his family. Of his five brothers, one is blind, one is autistic, and one is only 6 years old. His father is also diabetic. With the constant attacks on Gaza, their home and livelihood have been destroyed, and the cost of basic necessities has gone up exponentially. Mohammed’s family has been displaced eight times and is struggling to stay safe and access what they need to survive. Any donation or help in getting the message out can make a difference.
