Day 7 and 8 of #BloomingOpen and I am loving the halo of sunlight hitting my butt here as my glutes were on fire after doing a 2 hr leg workout with @lauraliftsfitness and @zoeywright10 I'm quite happy with these poses but would like to see some improvements in the future by creating bigger arches in my back 🙏 #yoga #yogagram #yogachallenge #instayogi #newbieyogi #fitblr
Can you tell I'm in pain? Sometimes when I'm doing yoga or working out I forget my limitations, namely the ongoing pain I have in my lower back and hips which restricts some movements for me. I'm hoping that keeping up with yoga and Pilates will relieve this pain eventually.
