It’s probably not the case but what if Noe’s dad is actually Gabriel Agreste, Noe is definitely older than Adrien so it could’ve been before Emilie, Audrey also kickstarted his ascent into the world of fashion, Noe is Gabriel’s successor as the diamond, again like 90% certain he isn’t but it’d be a little funny

Had a horrible little thought about tbhk chapter 112 and thought I should share it with the class :)

Imagine Teru and Nene go to Tsuchigomori for help and he tells them the best place to look for clues would be going to Amane’s house where he’s still alive (and 64 years old) and when they arrive they’re greeted by his wife who is the polar opposite of Yashiro and yet looks just like everything Yashiro has always wanted to look like, thinner legs, bigger chest, you get the idea, just imagine how absolutely devastating it must be to look upon your dearest beloved and seeing him happily married without a single memory of you ever existing, every happy moment you’ve shared has been long erased and replaced by his new love who has been there all his life.

Even worse is the fact that since she never travelled back in time during the festival arc he never met her as a child, nor did he meet her during his school years when she came through the door, he never made the wish to see the pretty girl once more because he never came to know of her existence, he lived as just that, a science teacher

Just watched the Paris special and had a horrible thought

You know how Claw Noir turned to crime because his father cooped himself up in his room to ‘design’ and ‘work’ meanwhile he was actually fighting for the greater good?

And you know how Claw Noir is now good but his father still doesn’t pay him attention because he’s busy with saving their world?

But now Claw Noir won’t care so much because he’ll be fighting crime alongside a ‘new’ parental figure who he can rely on, someone who will pay attention to him because they’re on the same side

Someone who will be worried about his wellbeing actively because now he’ll be with the constant attention of betterfly, because betterfly is almost always fighting crime so it would make sense for his allies to do so too

And now take all of that and imagine the pain of finding out the identity of the man who cares so much for you is the same man who made you feel like you were abandoned and no one else cared about your issues

What I’m hearing is that instead of a love square, they have a found family square, adrien and his dad feeling like family to eachother

Claw Noir to Gabriel - bad dad

Claw Noir to betterfly - good dad

Adrien to Gabriel - bad dad

Adrien to betterfly - the dad he wants to see

Gabriel to Adrien - the greater good>family time

Gabriel to Claw Noir - the son he can’t protect in unmasked form

Betterfly to Adrien - Hopes they never cross paths so he can stay safe (what he thinks is good)

Betterfly to Claw Noir - this is my son, my best son

My favourite thing about Plagg is that he loves Adrien dearly, the little kwami will protect Adrien with his life, he went straight back to Adrien when he was given the option to pick a new black cat holder, Plagg was devastated every time Adrien would try give up his miraculous and even criticised LadyBug directly to her face because he was just that worried for him, in ephemeral Plagg tries to cataclysm shadow moth and whilst technically it is because he’s shadow moth, I’d like to believe it’s because that’s Adrien’s horrible father first and foremost and Plagg would not let him get away with harassing his holder like that, the same applies to Tikki with her love of Marinette (it’s also important to note that there’s no reason to blame Marinette for being overwhelmed but as an audience we have the luxury of being allowed to sympathise with both of their situations, both Marinette’s new found source of stress and Adrien’s issues with abandonment)
