Traffic light hummus  

Ingredients

1 jar of drained chickpeas (400gr) 

2 cloves of garlic

2 heaped tbsp of tahini

3 tbsp of olive oil

Lemon juice

Salt to taste

Handful of sundried tomatoes or spinach or 3 medium sized carrots

Blend all the ingredients. Duh.

Smoothies or fresh green juice in the morning is seriously the best way to start your day. Even in the middle of the day if I'm feeling low or fatigued throwing some frozen fruit in a blender, just bring you back to liiifffeeee.

Yesterday was a cheat day because I deserved​ it 😂😂 Also I wasn't feeling too well and even though pizza isn't the best choice for period pains. I wanted to eat all I could before the pain came back lol. My Bun put potatoes on top because he knows how I love my tates 😭😭💖
