I certainly will, I’ll do some digging, see what I can find. It depends what you do with History. You could teach... You could write books. I think I’ll do just fine.

I mean I would think they would have the typical activities like swimming, crafts, art, archery all of that stuff. You can only do all of that for so long until you want something new. It is nice to meet you too, Elijah. I am Nina St. James.
I think I could enjoy those activities as long as they are varied and not every week. I’m sure they will find ways to keep us entertained.

And what is your chosen career? It does have an impressive history department, hence why I chose it.

Has anyone been a guinea pig for swimming in the lake yet? I’m into all this outdoor stuff, but I’m a beach girl. I prefer water I can see through, so I would appreciate it if someone else would test it first to make sure there aren’t dead bodies rotting at the bottom or any flesh-eating bacteria swimming around. I need to make it out of this camp with both my arms.
I hardly believe there are dead bodies in the lake. It’s a normal camp, with a bunch of scared people by the sounds of it.

It’s a bit morbid for you to be reading about a serial killer in a supposed haunted camp, don’t you think? Have you heard about the abandoned cabin in the woods yet? Do you want to be a historian? You’ll have to share your spot with me sometime.
I wasn’t aware the camp was haunted but I am reading about a person not a ghost. I don’t think people should stop doing something because of a rumour. I haven’t heard about the cabin, maybe I can dig up why this place is haunted. Yeah, I want to be a historian, I’m going to be studying it after summer.

Yeah well, some people find it crazy that someone could be as into history as I am, because it’s normally seen as boring, but I just love it. I’m taking a placement at University of Michigan.

I do love Britain! I’ve only been to Scotland and Ireland once a piece, but I absolutely adore London! England generally, really. What do you want to do? Teach or?
London is rich with fascinating history. I want to be publish papers discussing and developing historical events and create guides for use in teaching, but not actually teach it.

Liza? Liza Minnelli!? How can you not know who Liza Minnelli is!? Judy Garland’s daughter? Cabaret? Victor/Victoria, The Boy From Oz!? I could go on but I’m going to stop there because I think you get the point, and surely remember who I’m talking about by now. And nothing bad will happen to her, she’s a God, and if something did happen, I wouldn’t know what to do with myself.
Yes, because I am not scared about being killed at some camp. I don’t think it’s likely that we will suddenly have a serial killer appear.
I forget how passionate you are about this kind of thing. I know of Liza Minnelli I just don’t follow as much as you clearly. You should know, that when you make pop culture references, I get very confused.

History! That sounds interesting. I was never super great at history, all the dates and such, but I liked learning about the people. What draws you to history?
Yeah the dates can get a bit confusing but you work it all out eventually. History is such a broad subject and so many areas to specialize in. For example, I will specialize in British History as it’s such a rich area.
