Sometimes in my head I like to refer to myself in the third person, it feels like there’s a nature documentary going on. But usually it goes along the lines of:

The bird is laying on its back, all of the lights are out and it’s watching “The Devil Wears Prada 2” and drinking water with flavor packs in it because normal water makes it gag. It cannot be released into the wild because of this.

sometimes we slip into second person speak internally, and its like we are being narrated in a video game. its fun and comfortable

never really had third person speak (and cant really purposefully keep it up of we try) but we always like hearing about it from others. perspective cousins or something
