Experimented with my artstyle and tried out lineless, lasso tool art. Considering my main artstyle is neither lineless, pastel, nor lasso-heavy, I'm happy with the way it turned out.

(That didn't mean he had a good time studying it though.)

Fun fact: I laughed so hard drawing Rui I had to take multiple breaks in-between making the comic.

From there, I carefully choose a name. Not too common to be generic, but frequent enough to be believable.
