So uhhh

I've always thought about this and wonder if anyone else experiences it. So I have a lot of interess, obviously the hunger games but I have may others. And what ends up happening is I will like scroll through being fixated on them, like I love all of them but at certain times I will be really fixated on some. For example I was really fixated on the hunger games to the point where I finally started posting stuff on Tumblr but my fixation is slowly becoming not as intense, right now I'm currently really interested in reality TV, certain shows like drag race and survivor.

Now that doesn't mean like I won't ever post about the hunger games again, like it's one of my favourite pieces of media of all time and with the new movie coming out I'll probably be back on it in no time, but I might just not be as actively involved with it for a while. I just find it so interesting cuz stuff like the hunger games I always come back every couple of months but then something like the show escape the night I was really fixated on a few years ago but haven't really gone back too since.

Idk I just thought this was interesting to talk about, do any of ye experience this?

I was just thinking about some hunger games things that are debated and felt like sharing my opinion so

Did foxface know what the berries were

I think that if you go off the movie you could maybe make an argument she ate them on purpose but I think it's just more tragic if she didn't know, she literally did everything right, being careful, scavenging off others. So that fact that one small slip up, that wasn't even here fault cuz peeta was the one picking them, cost her life I think emphasizes the cruelty of the games

Who was ment to be the winner of the 75th

I've seen people say it was planned for finnick as he's the most popular victor and there's water in the arena but I have an issue with that. We can presume the theme of the quell was changed to victors because of the political climate of panam at that time, but that probably means the arena was designed before they even knew who they were sending in. I personally believe they were planning to let nobody leave, kill them all because they had 2 winners the year before. They would present it as something like, "this is what happens when you change the fundamentals of the games" or something like that

So yeah that's just my thoughts and tid bits, if you disagree that's fair but it's fun to discuss differing opinions, conversation would be boring otherwise,any who have a good day anyone who reads this

omgg, and here is the arena uniform

is there a way to make images optional to see? as the second image has blood, though I mean it is the hunger games so….

anywho I’ve actually had this uniform design for a while, this years arena contained a lot of rocky terrain, and some dead forestry. The tributes wore cargo pants and protective boots, along with a vest that indicated their district, 6’s was orange. There was also machinery and vehicles within the arena including trucks, cranes and a train that ran through the arena, so the tribute were given gloves

I’m either hoping to draw some of the arena next or maybe some of the tributes next(I have designs for all of them planned out) if you guys want something in particular or are just curious let me know.

Do you even think about how Peeta didn't have a token in the 74th games? Katniss doesn't note one and she had him stripped to his boxers to clean his wounds. Haymitch notes almost everyone's tokens, Katniss notes Rues and Glimmers, but the only token Peeta has is given to him by Effie in the 75th games. His parents or brothers didn't give him anything, he had nothing to remind him of home, I feel like this isn't talked about enough.

i feel like haymitch was really well known at school like he was kinda popular, and of course everyone knew him as well. however the whole school just lowkey agreed that he's kinda weird and talks way too much (cause he is he yaps about his girlfriend 24/7 and is just all around silly), they love him though.

I looooove the idea that haymitch just literally knows anything and everything happening in 12 at any given time

Realistically one of the mentors might've been the one to switch out their tokens, but imagine not being in on the plan and thinking their innocent, authentic tokens made with love by their family and friends magically being turned into a literal bomb by Beetee's fuckass kid and some crazy mother fucker from the mountains?

And also the d9 tributes' families probably saw their tokens being stolen by said fuckass kids. Dude I'd be so pissed😭its canon now D9 has serious beef with the Latiers and Haymitch

It’s the interview outfit, woohoo. I really enjoyed adding the details to this one, I hope they came out well, BUT ALSO

Quillen goes stiff at the mention of his sister, he was mentally prepared for questioning and to try and recollect warm anecdotes about someone as cold as Wendal Ford. He was even hoping for it so he could quickly push through them, because in all honesty he didn’t know much about his mother and her life outside their few conversations, but his sister?

He would have to talk about his sister. His best friend, who was in this exact position two years ago being interviewed by Caesar.
