So my rules....there really isn't much.  Keep cursing to a down low, i don't mind it unless its every other word then i just don't understand what you're saying and it becomes a communication issue.  i love to write, doodle, and what gets re-blogged is usually what i'm obsessed with at that point and time. I also take REASONABLE WRITING requests.

So apparently Tumblr hates me and I'm not allowed to comment on anyones post?

Saw a super cute drawing and wanted to tell the artist how cute it was and was told "can't do this at this time" or something like that. Been this way for the past three years actually....

Honestly this is partly the reason I'm not on here anymore.

The ads are ridiculous.

The political fever is scary.

The porn is seeping through my filters try as I might.

And I just think if I go away and then come back it might get better, but it just gets Worse!

Like by a LOT.

The ads are pornographic even! I mean, what even are the filters even for!?

I know I promised you guys a lot.

But unless Tumblr shapes up AT LEAST their filtration system and get their ads in order. ...my three year old niece accidentally opened up the app looking for a movie app and got a porno ad!

I am so pissed I don't know if they were selling lingerie or makeup, I don't really care, I'm only glad my niece thinks the lady didn't have clothes on cause she had to go potty. ( Bless children)

I just started this blog for the sake of a simple fandom and maybe some country fun here and there.

But if everything is going to get sexualized and gross.... I'm out.

Random thoughts when I should be writing: ultimate superhero crossover?

So this thought actually hit me while I was cleaning and I had to sit down and really mull this one over.

Hear me out.

Clark Kent and Hawkeye being Ranch/Farm buddies.

...

Maybe I just REALLY wanna see them hanging out together as they judge their comrades...

BUT IMAGINE IF YOU WILL...

The ranching community is tiny and EVERYONE KNOWS WHO IS DOING WHAT IN THE BIZ. Even if you mind your own, you're just going to know!

Farming is a bit bigger and there are so many avenues and whatnot whether or not you're selling seas and to whom and the West has water rights to add to THAT bundle of mayhem.

ANYWAY.

The two groups DO cross paths often...

And now all I'm thinking of is Hawkeye going AWAL, no one can find him, even his home is deserted.

All he did was take his family to Kansas for the Holidays! His wife wants to get the deets on contracts going on in the area and he and Clark are spouting off at each other in good fun.

The reason Hawkeye can be a normal human and still keep up with the Avengers without (technically) a "super suit". Is cause growing up he was constantly butting heads with CLARK in the FFA!!

Or just rumors in general!

"oh the Kent kid can put in a whole fence in one day!"

"the Kent kid just lifted the tractor out of the ditch without a hoe!"

"and still got all the fields done before milking time!"

And so on.

Hawkeye is about as competitive as Steve.

(oh, that's another thought....nope, focus)

Anyway, there is no way he is going to stand anyone doing more than he (mistakenly) thinks he can.

....I mean....can you imagine a young adult Hawkeye finding out that the guy he's been comparing himself to and trying to catch up to for YEARS is basically a superhuman ALIEN?!

You look at how he reacts and responds to the other Avengers and their shiz and he's like..."yeah, so long as we're on the same side, I can't care less..."

In fact

More often than not.

It's the other Avengers that are in wonder over what Hawkeye can do!!

If the vehicles TIREs are larger than your car, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY.

End of story. Thems the rules. The cop and judge will look at you weird and then laugh. In your face.

If you drive a Prius (commonly known to us as a lunchbox on wheels) and you see a big green monster coming down a gravel road your Prius has no biz being on in the first place!! Be KIND to your car and PULL OVER and let the monster pass! Your lunchbox Prius doesn't have the XP to stand up to the might of the FARMER. K?

I'm starting this series of country road rules and niceties because we've had SO many new people move here from ....not, country places ...

And it shows.

They are rude.

And they are not adapting.

To the point I really want them to leave my state with prejudice.

We used to be known as the kindest, and these people are testing us....they push any more and we may snap...

SO.

If anyone moving from city life to the country should ASK for their unique culture differences, cause every town is different. (You can't lump us all together)

BuT there are some similar baseline habits you can start with.

Such as RESPECTING THE FARMER. And harvest and planting time.

Gonna step away from fandoms in general and add to just writings and works as a whole:

....so, as you know, swearing is NOT something I do personally. I just don't. Vi find there are more creative things to say when you really think about it.

I got into litrpg and isekai and the like and I really had to think about how I would react in those situations and.... yeah, ANYONE would be a bit of a potty mouth REGARDLESS of their penchant for swearing....

Humans entering space and realizing we are so small. We are mice compared to these giant races with their advanced machinery and technologies and experiences beyond us- except that we're humans. And our engineers dive into the new tech and once we learn the principles we also soon realize how Inefficient everything is. Their "microchips" are the size of cars, their storage drives are basically buildings, and they somehow store less data than ours. So, human companies take advantage, and tech starts rolling out. Massive and there's a lot of wasted space so that it can be managed with larger hands/pincers/claws/tentacles, but also so much more efficient than anything the galaxy has seen before.

Human technicians start hopping ships and upkeeping the general maintenance, the stuff that most aliens put off or don't notice because they never access the crevices of their ships. As human companies become more popular and lead the tech world in everything from warp cores to game stations ("it's so compact! How are the graphics so good?" Says a 60' tall grimbleback, holding a new VR headset that has all of its components included because it's so BIG by our tech standards), soon many things have accessibility ports for humans to be able to use as well. This means that these shiprats hoping ship to ship cause such a huge improvement in everything running smoothly, and there's a huge downtick in pests on ships because those "pests" are not only big enough and aggressive enough to bite a pitbull or a person in half, they're invasive to so many planets and humans hate nothing more than dog killing planet overrunning monsters.

All the while, from the Aliens perspective, humans are an elusive race that don't fraternize much with them. You almost never see a human as most places aren't exactly safe for the little things to run around in. They do export so much stuff though, and the custodial staff at the Central Galactic Outpost insists that there's more humans around than any other race if you just know where to look.

And sure it's somewhat known that some of the little daredevils hop ships and help out in exchange for room and board, usually without permission, but that can't be that common, can it?

Maybe your ship is running better this cycle ever since you stopped at the last station, that just means that tuneup was better than you thought. And maybe for some reason that program you were working on last night is finished when you wake up, but you're so tired maybe you finished it before you passed out. Somehow that faulty light in the galley has fixed itself as well, which is odd, but maybe the Engineer finally got to it. You'd know if there was someone else on your ship.

Right?

... You leave a little bowl of berries out as a thank you, just in case. You're not sure what humans like but you've heard they have a sweet tooth.

Story time

So I was left alone in the house this last summer.

A while ago we inherited an absolutely absurdly large TV from my father's friend who passed away.

We kept it in the other room because we just didn't have the ability to keep it where we normally have our TV. My father would occasionally hook it up where it stood and watch his dramas.

Well one specific night when I was home alone this last summer, I looked at the time one evening and saw it was WELL passed evening and was around 3am.

Feeling mentally and physically out of it I begin to close up what I was doing.

I then hear the huge TV turn on as I'm headed back to bed.

Trying to find the remote so I could turn it off, I just got annoyed that I couldn't find the remote and I complained out loud about modern TV's not having functional buttons!

It wasn't until I got the TV off and was halfway down the hall that it clicked in my head that the TV had turned on BY ITSELF.

Scowling I simply turned in the direction of the room and shouted, "not so late at night! You wanna make noise, do it during the day! I don't put up with this crap at night!"

And then I went to bed.

I never had trouble with the TV ever again....or anything else for that matter...
