rest in peace to Sonya Massey, who called 911 to report an intruder and was shot and killed by the police who showed up.
the cop who shot her then prevented his partner from rendering aid. apparently the officer felt his “life was in danger” because she went to move a pot off the stove so that it wouldn’t burn the house down while she was talking to the cops, the cop told her to put it down and she did and then put her hands up, she then went to throw the water out in the sink and he shot her 3 times.
once again I am saying the state punishes black women for calling for help. the state does not protect women. black femicides everywhere and all the police do is shoot at the women who need help.
i hate what ace discourse did to this fucking website. it spread from here to the real world and we're living in shit that is literally like. made up. there are three sexualities. you are either Heterosexual or Bisexual or Homosexual. if you don't want to fuck people then good for you who cares but it's not a sexuality it's the lack of one. if you really want to be so persistent then i GUESS asexuality, the complete lack of sexuality and attraction to people, is a fourth sexuality but that's kind of a stretch. there's no pansexuality there's no greyaroacedemi or whatever the fuck. This is what made people start calling themselves queer because "identity is confusing and fluid:)" your sexuality is NOT YOUR IDENTITY? you don't IDENTIFY as a sexuality you just ARE one. you're either attracted exclusively to ✨️afabs✨️, exclusively to ✨️amabs✨️, or both of them simultaneously. IT ISN'T HARD!!! IT'S NOT HARD IT'S NOT COMPLICATED IT'S NOT CONFUSING IT'S NOT FLUID IT'S JUST. SO EASY. What does queer even mean. "Deviating from cishet norms" or something? are u fucking calling gay and bi people weird deviants? go fuck yourselves. if you call yourself queer you're compensating for something and it's your lack of actual gay attraction i think. You just want to be seen as different and not like the mainstream. GAY AND BI PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO BE SEEM AS DIFFERENT WE ARE JUST NORMAL HFJWJFNEK2LFN. Don't even get me FUCKING started on the split attraction model
yup.. mhm hmmmmmm yea ok yup gotcha
It's international Women's Day : 25000 women and girls have been killed in Gaza.
Ladies I need you to write me a list of your favourite female youtubers because I am struggling! I need women telling me things!
Mine are:
Jess (Roots and Refuge farm aka all my gardening knowledge)
李子柒 Liziqi (separatist heaven, magical food growing and cooking)
STRANGE ÆONS (lesbian content)
Jenny Nicholson (fun analysis of media + themeparks)
Lindsay Ellis (in-depth analysis of media)
Melissa Norris (homesteading content)
I also like SarahZ, tiffanyferg, Karolina Żebrowska and Bernadette Banner but I need MORE and youtube algorythm is giving me NOTHING
Update with my new faves!
Last few weeks I’ve only watched women-made content and I’ve seen women build a house, build every piece of furniture imaginable, build a sink, care for a food forest, carve utensils, chop and store wood, grow and process so much food, clear areas after a flood, plant and care for trees, go together on adventures. I am honestly so high on women content right now, I don’t think there’s a single thing women can’t do, even the tiniest, weakest-looking women can do more than a non-women can. Here’s some of that with links!
GET HANDS DIRTY : She will build anything and my lesbian heart is weak for her: Watch her build the most beautiful sink you’ve ever seen!
Anne of All Trades: She has spoon carving classes! She will show you how to make utensils out of wood! Also watch her build a whole tiny house in 7 days! + Garden and fermenting content
HannahLeeDuggan: Life in a cabin and van-travel content, but she also shows you how to make paper, how she builds shelving, cabinets, fixes up her entire off-grid cabin by hand!
PlantAmnestyBrand: I cannot stress this one enough: TREE CARE!!! How to properly prune and care for trees, how to have healthy and productive environments, how to maintain native plant gardens, I learned all my tree facts here! If you ever plan to grow a tree watch this!
Mother The Mountain Farm: how I imagine separatism would look like, I am living my dreams in these videos, two sister care for a food forest in Australia, make their own food and care for the land and create art and clothing
New favs!
Emmymade : She makes all kinds of old and exotic recipes! There’s a lot of recipes from depression era and poverty era, real study into how people used to eat! And cool food reviews.
Cruel World Happy Mind: Exposes all the scams, MLM’s, pyramid schemes, and abusive or exploitative work practices, even fake and biased journalism! Amazing resource to have in late capitalism, to be aware of scams!
Isabel Paige : Lives on the mountain and is absolutely incredible with what she can do, every video has a from-scratch recipe made out of natural ingredients, she spun and created blankets from scratch, makes her own soap, shampoo, deodorant, kitchen tiles, is currently cooking from her own garden, and makes music! I’ve learned tons from her.
Haphazard Homestead: This woman will teach you how to forage ANYTHING, if a plant is only edible for 5 minutes in one day she will HUNT IT DOWN and show you how to safely cook it, priceless foraging resource! You listen to this lady, you will never go hungry again.
She is of the Woods : Herbalism, precious medicinal plant info! Follow her advice with caution bc I did almost get poisoned, but I am here for everything she knows about plants.
Her86m2 : Urban food growing, endless recipes and tips for growing food indoors, recipes, and creating very beautiful lamp shades and updates in her space! Her bread-making video sent me years forward!
FairlylandCottage and TheCottageFairy are both very soothing with women living in nature, sharing tips and advice for natural life!
Emily Artful: She will tell stories from her life while you watch her paint! The stories are absolutely wack and I love listening to her talk, also watching her paint is extremely soothing
Wild She Goes : Van-lifer who settles in a small isolated village in Italy, you get to see her start up a life in nature, work on her house, make food and furniture!
Acre Homestead : This woman has amazing ideas about growing, storing and cooking food in bulk! She shows you how she grows, cans, dries and cooks massive amounts of food and uses every single plant to the fullest. I’d never think to make onion-top pesto! And her voice, gods, I could listen to her talk forever.
Thank you for everyone who added new recs in the comments and replies, every single time I want to see some new stuff I check the comment section and it’s an absolute treasure of resources there. Here’s my newest recs:
How to Cook That : She makes historical food and debunks all kinds of fake baking and cooking content! Surprising amount of information on what is going on behind the scenes in the world of internet
Not even Emily : I feel like we all know her, absolutely hilarious sketches and comedic content, she’s often including gay and bi characters in her jokes!
Rachel Makesy : Soft, gentle and easy-going sewing content, I really warmed up to her, she makes costumes, second-hand things and often cosplays of her favourite shows! Feels peaceful to listen to her speak.
Aurikatariina : She cleans people’s houses for free, makes intensely satisfying deep-clean videos where you see her transform places from dumpster-infestation into home. Very kind and understanding towards people with mental health issues, never indulges in any shaming.
Dani Connor Wild : She is a wildlife photographer, and her favourite are squirrels. I’ve never been as mesmerized and awed by photos as I’ve been on her channel, she’s absolutely incredible and I love her calming voice as she talks about animals. Absolutely amazing experiences of squirrels and other animals up close.
Jonna Jinton : Cinematic videos of life in the North Sweden, absolutely beautiful cinematography and beauty of the northlands, she was my first real insight into how it is to live in very cold weather, without sunlight in the winter, and just how beautiful it could look.
Thank you to everyone who commented, replied or reblogged the list of their faves, this post became a valuable resource to me, and I go thru it often! Here are my new faves:
Leena Norms - She talks about climate change, but in the most encouraging, productive and uplifting way I’ve ever seen. She analyzes many aspects of life and how we could change them to consume less or in a less destructive way, what can we do to save life and the environment in the future, and she talks about books written by women! I find her videos uplifting and encouraging.
Gab Smolders - She streams video games, and my favourite videos of her are Nancy Drew streams, I have never in my life seen someone figure out Nancy Drew games so quickly, she will solve a puzzle I’ve agonized over for a week in 5 minutes. Also her vibe? So soothing and relaxing, brings so much joy to me!
Jenna Phipps - She sews, she crochets, she even made her own shoes from a kit! She has her own style of pastel colors and handmade clothing that I adore, and I also believe her to be a creative genius, because she will go and wing it and do patterns out of thin air and then the result is the most gorgeous dress you’ve ever seen. She also makes clothes so fast I can’t even keep track of it.
Mia Maples - Okay, so, this is 70% comfort consumerist content, she buys clothes and brand stuff and tries them on, this is NOT my usual go-to content, but HEAR ME OUT. This woman.. has a good relationship with her mother, and I am here for it. Her mom appears in her videos to comment, help, be the target of her pranks, and to try stuff on! Her mom is the most positive, validating, uplifting, kind and funny person I’ve ever seen and I am comforted and delighted every time I see her. Also, Mia will post videos of her doing home renovation, teach you how to tile your kitchen, sewing, re-creating popular clothing and exposing brands sometimes! So I like to believe there’s a balance (her vibe is so good I got sucked in after 1 video and keep making excuses. She looks like a princess in all of those gowns okay).
Izzzyzzz - She makes content about creepy old video games, old online games, doll collections, and any other creepy rabbit hole a little girl who is into horror would like, I found out so much lore about the old internet and old websites from her! Her voice is so soothing and her essays extremely enjoyable to watch.
Merphy Napier - She’s a booktuber, but I love her for her One Piece videos. If you liked One Piece at any point in your life, you will absolutely love her analysis and commentary. She is the most passionate person who explains to me what actually happened in One Piece while giving me the life-saving criticism of all of the misogynistic bullshit happening in there. I was dying before I found her feeling that nobody would call that shit out. She also talks about fantasy books a lot!
Bailey Meyers - I originally adored her because she will read Goosebumps books to you, while adding her own hilarious commentary, but now also, I’ve discovered that she has a whole lot of Nancy Drew streams on twitch and that shit had me screaming in laughter, immediately addicted. Also she recently did a DND campaign with Jenny Nicholson so you can see Jenny if you watch it!
The Icing Artist - she makes, incredibly professional cakes, I’ve learned to make better looking cakes just by watching how she does it, but, tw her husband is in the videos, especially newer ones, so that is a bummer, but nevertheless, amazing cake art, if you wanna learn about cakes this is where it’s at.
I just got an anonymous submission of a great collection of female youtubers, she put them all into a playlist and just looking at it, I can already see some extremely valuable and educaional female-made videos! Thank you so much anonymous tumblr user, and for all of you here’s the LINK

Every woman who helped the propaganda to dehumanize palestinian men and paint them as brutal and barbaric mass rapist is complicit with what is going on in Gaza
I never want to be associated with the word “queer”. Because calling myself “queer” feels like saying “yes, homophobes are right. My homosexuality is weird and strange, and it makes me deviant” which is not true at all. My homosexuality is natural. It’s a mundane yet beautiful part of me. Nothing about it is “queer”.
if you dont believe in homosexuality as a natural, innate, morally neutral sexual orientation that cannot be changed then you! are! a! fucking! homophobe!!!!!!!!
SEX-BASED BTW. LET ME BE VERY FUCKING CLEAR. AFAB4AFAB AMAB4AMAB. SEXUAL ORIENTATION AS IN WHICH SEXES U ARE ORIENTED TOWARDS. HOMOSEXUAL AS IN SAME-SEX. DONT CARE WHAT U IDENTIFY AS!!! IDENTIFY AWAY!!! SOCIALLY CONSTRUCTED GENDER POLITICS WILL NOT EVER CHANGE WHAT HAS NATURALLY EXISTED IN HUMANS FOR AS LONG AS WE HAVE BEEN HUMANS!! HOMOSEXUALITY IS REAL IT IS LITERALLY THAT FUCKING SIMPLE!!!!
Yeah I know it's a TERF, but like agab and sex are not the same thing at all.
Facial hair is a sexual characteristic. I am not attracted to facial hair. Both men and women, cis and trans, can have facial hair. Both men and women, cis and trans, may not be able to grow facial hair.
I am attracted to prominent breasts. Trans women can grow their breast size. There are trans women with bigger boobs than some cis women.
If one says "I am a lesbian. I am attracted to AFAB people." I don't think they would be attracted to Elliot Page post transition.
we get it youre bisexual
not only that, but secondary sexual characteristics are not sex
this is like telling a lesbian to date a man if he just shaved his beard
or telling a gay man to date a woman if she just had PCOS and grew facial hair
if you like men and women, as long as they’re feminine— you’re bisexual with a preference for feminine people.
not to mention plenty of lesbians do date very butch women, yes even women who are so butch they transition to look more male. bc secondary sex characteristics aren’t sex.
a very very butch woman with facial hair and ab’s and strong jawline etc is still female, and if someone is attracted to very masculine females, they’re attracted to her!
like i’m pretty sure ellen pages girlfriend didn’t leave her.
not only that but trans men have been a part of the lesbian community forever, because many trans men back in the day were lesbians— some so butch that they preferred transition.
transition modifies the way you look, it doesn’t change who you are. your sex does not change.
Love the way certain kind of bi people are able to chop womanhood into little patriarchally defined pieces and call that homosexuality. @whore-berlin, if you’re attracted to gynecomastia or silicon implants on male people, that’s fine. Nobody is judging you. Just understand that some of us are attracted exclusively to other female people whether they/we have breasts or not, facial hair or not, low voices or not, because femaleness isn’t a single trait or two that can be chopped off female people or added to males.
The female sex is a complex system that has been developing for millions of years, not a cultural checklist of things men have decided to determine womanhood with.

if u explaining ur sexuality is over fifty characters I'm assuming ur a straight person.
I hope gnc little girls know that their options are not "become a man" or "grow out of it". They can go from a gnc girl to a gnc woman. That's an option, too.
