ok so i just discovered there's actually extra dialogue for this fight. i got all of the above from shayy's playthrough

but ive been watching penny's playthrough and i realised that after the "you choose eternity" dialogue gerson says something different here.

not sure why this happens or what prompts the change - it might be because shayy played on PC and penny played on the switch? but it would seem like an odd choice to change the dialogue for such an important fight purely based on what device you're using so maybe this happens for a different reason idk.

anyway here's the dialogue that comes after "you choose eternity":

after this it immediately goes back to the normal continuation of "but there is something that can overwrite the dark"

maybe it has something to do with if you use healing or not during the fight? honestly no idea - if anyone knows then let me know bc now im curious what causes the extra dialogue
