Hopper looks over at her and smirks. “Today we’re trying edging.”

Joyce stares at him for a moment before she clues in. That damn list. She falls back into the pillows with a defeated groan.

She 1000% is.

After Russia, after they save the world, after they destroy the Upside Down for good, she refuses to leave his side.

It’s not even really a conscious thing, she just always finds herself in the spot next to him, curled as close to his side as possible. She’s found herself on his lap more times than not, legs swung over his, and head resting on his shoulder.

Chapter 2 of Baby, I’m a Star is here and this time, Joyce and Hopper watch their tape together (smut obviously ensues)

Joyce can’t help but giggle as she watches Hopper put the tape in the player with a wide grin. After ensuring they had a free house for the night, they decided they’d watch the tape. Joyce lit candles on pretty much every surface she could, while Hopper watched with barely contained glee, fidgeting as he waited for her go ahead to pop the tape in. When she had finally settled onto the couch and nodded at him, he hopped to his feet with a speed she didn’t know he possessed.

“Is it going?” She hears her own voice ring through the room just as Hopper joins her on the couch, and she immediately blushes, watching as the grainy picture of herself removes her top. She really should have worn a cuter bra.

Hopper leans in and kisses her deeply, catching her off guard, and when he pulls away, she’s breathless. “I love you so much,” he tells her, resting his hand on her knee as he settles into the cushions, eyes glued to the screen.

“What are you waiting for then?” Her sultry voice brings her attention back to the tape, and together they watch as their film counterparts meet in a kiss, furiously tearing at one another’s clothing.
