btw if you’re in the market for a new notebook I cannot recommend the Maruman Mnemosyne enough. what a pleasurable surface to write on. I have tried so, so many notebooks: midori, hobonichi, rhodia, random ones with tomoe river paper (moleskine of course, back before I knew better), and this one feels the best for me. smoooooooth. the words just glide out of the nib.
