When Jesus came to earth, He brought with Him everything you need to be empowered to live a life of victory. He came as a little baby, but He represented all authority in heaven and earth. When you choose to serve Him, you have access to all of His resources. You have access to His peace, power, authority, provision, joy and strength. He brought all of this to us when He came to earth. Unto us a child is born…unto us victory is given. Unto us, peace is given. Unto us, provision is given. Unto us hope and healing are given. Unto us eternal life is given!

Whatever you need today, remember, when Jesus came into the world, He made a way for every one of your needs to be met spiritually, emotionally and physically. Surrender your life to Him and receive all the spiritual blessings He has in store for you!

Far Away

Have I gone too far? Have I come to a point where there's no turning back?

There are many things that I miss. First is the furry comfort and sloppy kisses from our dogs. I miss blogging, too! Well, not just blogging, but writing. Writing down my thoughts. It has always been my way to release pent up feelings. And sleeping. Yes, I miss sleeping. Sleeping in for long hours. Sleeping and the feeling of not feeling anything. When I'm asleep, it's as if the world stops; I am numbed and I don't recognize hurt or loneliness or desperation. Nothing. I...I miss those times when everything was simple, when all that caught my attention was studying and friends and school and hospital duties and TOP. Yes, TOP. I miss my infatuation with him. It was a form of false sanctuary. At least for a while I could escape from my reality.

I think I complicated myself too much.

How sad that I speak of unhappy things. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks- Matthew 12:34. Maybe the insides of my heart are...unpleasant. I...why have I allowed myself to be held captive by negativity, when I know Jesus has already set me free.

Stamped

Today the Lord has encouraged me to leave my mark wherever I go. A mark that will point back to Jesus as the only Savior, the source of life and love.

Amazing how the Lord convicted me of this. As the lecture in Nursing Pharmacology finished early, I was left at the office and finding nothing interesting to do, I decided to organize the test papers and other files. I saw a previous reviewee's yellow compile (previous board exam questions from the review center). In the first page was a note. She quoted two Bible verses and she wrote something wonderful at the bottom of the page. This exam is for the Lord. And on another page, she wrote a beautiful truth. Jesus is my Lord and Savior; the truth and the life.

Wow! Just...wow! I know God has great plans for the review center, seeing there has been an abundance of Christians sent by God to the harvest. I pray, may He continue to empower and equip me for the bountiful harvest.

So a lesson is learned.

Father, I thank You for Your mercy that continually washes me clean. Thank You oh Lord for the reminder that You readily forgive, that You do not count my mistakes, and that You are very much willing to renew every aspect of me. Thank You Father for reminding me that no amount of undoing can ever erase my sin; it is only Jesus who can. He has already paid the price and there's no need for me to try to do the same, because in my feeble human nature, I can achieve nothing on my own. What's impossible to man is possible to You. Thank  You Jesus!

New Horizons

God has blessed me greatly in terms of career. Although I am not yet working in a hospital as a registered nurse, He is using my talents in nursing education, which is really awesome. I never imagined to be regularly conducting rationales this early in my career.

Anyway, as the Lord have blessed me, I also would like to be a channel of blessing for others. So, tata for now. I'll be searching for nursing bullets and easy-to-remember key points :>
