He moved about the small markets buying food with the money Regina had given him before he returned to his family with their food for the week. Placing down his shopping he went to his wife, placing a sweet kiss to her cheek before he went to unpack.

Marian held her son tight sliding into the booth by his side, at this point it didn’t feel unreasonable to refuse to let him go. She kept her thought silent. She knew the truth already, no matter how kind his smile, she knew the truth behind Robin’s eyes. 

"I’m sure what ever you order will be fine." Marian told him, she had no idea what pancakes were, this world was horribly unfamiliar to her and she was totally dependent on Robin… who didn’t love her anymore. Who loved the woman she wanted to hate, wanted to loath, after all she had died, been separated from her family for years at the woman’s cruel hands but she had recently saved her life twice and that felt wrong too.

Though this new world was without the woman who held his heart Robin would make the best of it as he did every situation that was handed to him. He looked to his son in his wife's arms who was so pleased to have his mother back, which did make Robin smile. Admittedly he had missed Marian, she was once all he had. 

"Okay." Robin nodded before moving to stand sliding out of the booth. " I'll be right back then. I'll see if they know of a place we can stay as well. We're going to be just fine." He reassured before crossing the diner to make the order.

Robin was the first to enter the unfamiliar diner leading his family into an empty booth before he took out the map. He was at a lost in this new world but at least he wasn't alone, he had his family but he still couldn't shake the void that Regina's absence had created, however, he tried to focus on other things.  He turned to his son. "How about some pancakes?" He smiled to his little boy then to Marian.
