dumb little side quest of mine, since I was/am always running out of exp books/mora - new characters I get are not allowed to have exp books and must level solely by monster exp.

everyone in these pics has gotten to their level without a single exp book! (except manekins, which I don't use, and Xinyan and Candace, who just happened to get in the pic)

I rotate teams, and I'll have one levelled character "babysit" and just roam the countryside, fighting elite enemies (60exp each, stuff like Ruin Machines, Lawachurls, Specters, etc) and gathering plants/rocks. Also Local Legends give 100exp each, so doing the underwater ones in Fontaine, where you just have to time the Fontemer abilities right, is an easy and relatively safe way to get exp.

currently Zhongli is babysitting Zibai, Illuga, and Columbina, and it's not a bad team, even with them being super low level.

I'm endgame, 100% exploration, and not one to worry about meta-maxxing. it's relaxing to just roam Teyvat, enjoying the scenery
