- find something that brings you joy and make it a routine
- try a new drink: an herbal tea, an electrolyte mix, etc
- practice strength in whatever capacity your body allows
- notice the sunset changing as the days grow longer
- fluctuating temperatures as we approach spring
- valentine’s day and the joy or grief it may bring
- changing sights and sounds as the earth slowly wakes up
this is a space for softness, not solutions.
