oy. i was so ready to be productive and lock in, then i got hit with like a 4-day migraine outta nowhere. the migraine itself wasnt as bad as some i've had before, but the nausea and general malaise had me thinking i was coming down with something
#and of course during this period my mom decided to cook the most famously STINKIEST local dishes#also i say 'outta nowhere' but i suspect that trying to run in the evenings may just be too taxing for me#even tho i feel im able to get thru those better compared to a morning run where i'm fighting off grogginess and not eating prior#think atp i need to consider night runs or smth
