This gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust is a healthy alternative to traditional pizza crusts. It's crispy, flavorful, and perfect for those with gluten sensitivities.
Ingredients: 1 medium-sized cauliflower head, riced. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 egg.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put the cauliflower rice in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft. Let it cool down a bit. Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out as much water as you can from the cooked cauliflower. Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the cauliflower in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Add the egg to the cauliflower mixture and mix it in until it looks like dough. Spray non-stick cooking spray on a baking sheet and then put parchment paper on it. Spread the cauliflower mix out on the parchment paper and shape it into the pizza crust you want. The crust should be golden brown and firm to the touch after 15 to 20 minutes in a hot oven. Take the crust out of the oven and put on your favorite pizza toppings. I put the pizza back in the oven and baked it for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the toppings were hot and bubbly. Cut your gluten-free cauliflower pizza into slices, serve it, and enjoy!
