i don't know how much longer we can go on pretending that the fandom at large's tendency to conveniently overlook/"not remember" pivotal scenes or complete plotlines involving a male character doing things hitting his son or threatening to hit his sister or abusing his authority or remorselessly killing someone in favor of a much more sympathetic perception of events while at the same time possessing near encyclopedic knowledge of every time a female character said something mildly off color once is all just a weird coincidence completely unrelated to any social or cultural forces at play regarding how the world treats women

My thoughts on Stormclans Follys are that this is definitely a Warrior Cats book.

There's nothing very adventurous in this preview, pretty standard fair for the series

The fridging of Fogdrift is stupid, but its been a trend in the prequels so its not really surprising

Still hard to read...

And the whole Galestar apologizing when Thunderclan were the aggressors is annoying and boring... these are the battle cats books, your whole culture revolves around battle! Why are you apologizing?

I'll be honest it took me two tries to read the preview cause I thought Galestar apologizing was dumb

i do understand people's frustration with how persistently negative fandoms can be, but at the same time when the equivalent is a space where everyone is expected to be overwhelmingly optimistic and accepting and uncritical of even the worst shite in a series and take everything at obtuse face value then yeah fuck I'd pick the haters any day. especially with a series as bad as this one. do you know how annoying it is to have to justify the fact alone that you Have Criticisms.

While her accounts are now deleted, please keep an eye out for her anywhere. If you suspect she has made a new account, please let me or anyone else on warriors twitter know immediately. If you are a minor, do not interact with her. She has proven herself to be unsafe around minors.
