13 months ago today, charlotte fosgate died by suicide. she was a 17 year old transgender girl. she would be graduating this year.

i was never close to her, but i'll always remember an interaction i had with her. she walked into school and we were wearing the exact same sweater. i remember her smile when i pointed it out.

rest in peace, charlotte. i'm proud to have known you. i'm proud to be in community with you. happy pride. 🏳️‍⚧️
