Could I request some angst reacts for Eren, Mikasa and Levi? Their s/o is in a fight with one of the other recruits, but she decides to stand up for herself. They push the S/O and she loses her footing and hits her head against something on the ground. She calls out to her partner weakly as blood starts slowly pooling around her head. The shock of the impact impacted her vision for a bit. Its up to you if she lives or dies ;)
Time went in slow motion as Eren watched his s/o fall to ground.
Before he could even truly register what had just happened he was already on his feet, storming towards the offender who dared hurt his s/o.
He was just about to lay it on them, when he heard his s/o call out his name meekly.
When he turned and saw the blood he panicked.
He would quickly rush to their side, praying to anyone, anything, that his s/o was okay.
“O-oh my god, please. Please, please, please. Please be okay.”
When his s/o told him she couldn’t see, he immediately called for help. Watching as they took her away to the infirmary.
Internally he blamed himself, though he didn’t realize there wasn’t anything more he could have done.
He spent the next few hours in anticipation and worry. Hoping and praying to God that his s/o would be alright.
He sat by their side, talking to them to help distract them from the head pain, though their vision was now back.
He fell asleep next to their bed that night, holding his s/o’s hand for comfort.
When he awoke in the middle of the night and they weren’t breathing he quickly called for help and watched as the nurses went through procedures to try and revive his s/o.
But it was all in vain. Tears streamed down his face when he notified that his s/o had passed.
He felt hatred for the person that had caused you to fall and he was angry that he couldn’t do more for them.
He had lost another person close to him and he didn’t know if he could bear it.
She saw the fight go down and when her s/o fell, she quickly sprung into action and went to see if they were okay.
When she heard her name called out and saw the blood around her s/o’s head, she quickly called for help.
She followed behind the nurses as they carried them into the infirmary.
When she heard her s/o’s vision had been impacted from the fall, she blamed herself.
She blamed herself for not stepping in and ensuring her s/o’s safety.
She barely left their side and made sure they were comfortable at all times.
“Do you need some water?...Are you hungry?...Is your pillow soft enough?...”
She didn’t sleep that night in fear of losing them, though the nurses said it was unlikely.
But nonetheless, her s/o’s breathing began to slow and her heart began to beat softly.
By the time help arrived, it had already been too late.
She was told that it was probably due to unexpected brain complications from the injury.
She held her s/o’s now lifeless hand and began to cry silent tears.
Her s/o had died and she believed it was her fault.
Levi was only passing through when his s/o was fighting with another recruit.
He figured they could handle themselves and decided to let them diffuse the situation on their own.
But soon after he heard a loud thud on the ground followed by the gasps of nearby people.
He turned his head and when he saw his s/o on the ground, blood pooling around their head.
They gently called out his names and he quickly walked over.
He then whisked them away to the infirmary without hesitation.
Once leaving them in the care of the nurses, he hurried back to punish the person who had hurt his s/o.
That person was never, ever, going to hurt his s/o or let alone fight with his s/o ever again.
He then returned to the infirmary and was notified that his s/o’s vision had been impacted but should hopefully return soon and that they should be okay.
He went to see his s/o for a bit before he was forced back to work again.
But the next day when he returned, a nurse calmly walked up to him, placed a hand on his shoulder and delivered the news.
Levi’s s/o had suffered unexpected complications and had passed sometime in the early morning.
He looked over to where his s/o had been laying the previous day, said thank you, then silently left the infirmary.
Externally, it was almost as if nothing had changed, but internally, his heart felt like it had been ripped to shreds.
