Going on nearly a week of waking up before sunrise and dedicating 30 minutes to my sketchbook before going to work. What a great way to start a day. I don't know how long I'll be able to make this habit stick, but I'm going to run with it!

Take a marker and footnote it to remind everyone that this phrase came from McConnell censuring Senator Elizabeth Warren who was speaking out against the confirmation of noted racist Jeff Sessions as the Attorney General in 2017.

Teenagers are like that because every problem feels the same amount of Catastrophic. There's no sense of scale going on there cause they lack frame of reference. This isn't the fault of The Teenager but it does explain the Discourse Circles I was in when I was younger. I don't think adult humans get enough cuddles and I am so serious.

You look at almost any other species of mammal and they give each other physical affection all the time, but for some reason we've decided that physical affection when you're an adult should be exclusively romantic and to want frequent physical affection from your friends or family is strange or sus or a sign you actually view them romantically, and this can't be good for us I don't think.
