[5:02] bad grades, that's what led you to this; sitting in the overly quiet school library with a tutor, whose name you couldn't have been bothered to remember at an unreasonable time in the morning. you suspire softly, boredom and fatigue submerging you, eyes looking all over as the voice of your annoying tutor now slowly becoming inaudible. your eyes land on a boy in the distance, jumping and waving at you, you focus more on his face distinguishing bestfriend!san as he smiled and waved enthusiastically. you stare at him, darting your eyes back at the tutor implying for him to save you from the abyss of complete boredom. san catches on, flashing a quick wide smile and a thumbs up before walking up to the table.

"y/n, y/n your dog just chaired the floor!!" san whisper yells, loud enough for the tutor to divert his attention to the nonsensical boy.

you mentally face palmed yourself but still went along.

"oh my, we better carry the chair to the doctor," you gasp, sarcasm hinting in your tone as you shove your books in your bag and san grabs your hand dragging you along with him while you both ignore the protests of the confused and irritated tutor. after making your way out of the library you frantically hit the boy playfully on his shoulder.

"ouch!"

"my dog chaired the floor, really?"

"i panicked, besides it was a good save," he smirked, nudging you.

I hope this doesn’t come off as creepy or stalkerish but I need a way to tell you how I feel without actually having to. Ever since you came to our school as a lost year 9, you made me curious about you. You were so kind to our group and never once made us feel embarrassed to hang out with a year 9. I noticed you paid extra attention to me, whether that was on purpose or not, but I hope you noticed I also paid extra attention to you. But now that the year is coming to an end, so is my high school career. Which means we can no longer see each other as frequently. [18:40] mountain dates were unusual but proved to be fun; as the night ebbed away along with its warmth, indigo, blue, pink and orange clouds bled through the sky, the chill air stilled as more awaited to come. there they sat, two bodies radiating love and affection for each other on the bright dandelion blanket spread on top of the car roof. you sat behind your boyfriend, yunho admiring his back profile although you were supposed to watch the sunset you couldn't stop staring and thinking about his physique;

from his smooth milky beige melanin to his medium length soft voluminous brown curls that looked ethereal covering his galaxy-like eyes, his two neck moles that effortlessly look enduring, his broad and built shoulders that tensed with every breath he took, his long limbs packed with muscles along with his brawny back muscles. you could see the thin layer of sweat coating his body from dance practice prior to the surprise date/ birthday you threw for him that led to the thin white t-shirt sticking to his glossy skin.

yunho turned around, catching you in the act of staring and smiled, a small peck being placed on your nose. your breath hitched unexpectedly resulting in a soft but audible hiccup-like yelp resonating from your throat, yunho laughed, his ears tinting a shade of red along with his cheeks as his hand found your head softly petting it. a harsh, crisp, chilly wind blew catching both of you off guard, both bodies breaking out into goosebumps and you shuddering slightly.

"i know a spot!"

"yunho where are we going to go this late at ni-"

you weren't able to finish your sentence as you felt your face and body yanked into a plush surface and his arms engulfed you, the faint sound of yunho's heart thumping rhythmically in his chest like a lullaby soothing any nerves that were present and dismissing any struggles you had at that moment. your body fuzzy and mind hazy from the new environment it felt like you were in, it was intoxicating and idyllic, you just wanted more, adjusting your head properly to hear his heart clearly.

"baby?" he calls.

"hm?"

"i'm never going to leave you," he pauses and smiles just when you thought a bigger smile couldn't be possible, a bigger one smeared onto his lips. "i love you 3000." he whispers as if it were a secret that no one but you were supposed to know.

"i love you 3000 more."

"we'll have to debate on that." he snickers, hugging your frame tighter and burying your head into the crook of his neck.

"you stink." you blurt out, eye widening when you realized what you said before that surprise is then replaced with loud giggles from yunho and squels from you as he starts attacking you with tickles.

[3:49] he fucked up, fucked up really really bad. the alcohol partially triggered the events that happened mere minutes ago yet he still drank, the metallic taste of blood in his mouth mixing with the bitter and fizzy substance.

although he wanted to forget what happened, he couldn't help that his mind reminiscenced the hurtful and extremely embarrassing event that took place. in the first place he shouldn't have been drinking when he couldn't handle alcohol but even when trying to distract himself from you, all he could think about was you. you, even when highly intoxicated; your beautiful physique even if you didn't think you were, your personality that accentuated your appearance and your cute yet unusual unique quirks.

he wouldn't blame it on you, but at the same time you were the reason he wanted to forget, he wanted to forget you and the love he had for you. he wanted to forget how he had told you males and females can be friends without those type of feelings, he felt like a hypocrite because he couldn't do that with you, a fucking failure to be honest. the next question why the fuck did he kiss you. you have a boyfriend for fucks sake who also happens to be his friend, kunhang. as much as he wants he couldn't blame the alcohol alone for what transpired, he had to hold himself accountable and apologize- just not now.

right now he wanted to get the image of an aggravated kunhang, and the blood he made kunhang shed although the younger successfully beat his ass, out of his head now. dejun craned his neck gulping the last mouthful of beer, wincing at the jolting pain in his jaw from the punches kunhang threw at him. he sighed thinking of how much wounds he'd have to take care of in the morning along with a pounding headache but he didn't dwell much on the fact because he knew he deserved it or even worse after forcing himself on you. he pulled out his phone, dialing kunhang's number, the guilt consuming him. he dropped dropped his head back on the wall in defeat as the voicemail message hinted, prompting to hang up.

“Yangyang it’s pretty obvious you like her” It’s not the first time he’s heard those words, and he’s certain it won’t be the last. I suppose it was strange around here for guys and girls to be friends without a relationship. But that’s all it was, only a friendship.

“It’s not like that” He groaned and turned his attention to the block of wood he was supposed to be cutting for his hard material class, so far it was not coming along how he wanted. But he didn’t feel discouraged, Xiaojuns one was way worse.
