Mental health should not be secondary. We all want to live a fulfilling and happy life, and it starts with looking after our mental health, prioritise it number one. One way can start is by hope, the power of hope is massive. We all have problems, and worries, some have bigger and some smaller. When we have hope, we start to look up, we start to see the light after the dark, rather than being stuck in the dark tunnel, without seeking that light. Hope gives us power to seek that light, seek that direction or way out from our problems and worries. It triggers the problem solving nerves in our brain, lights the bulbs that have sleeping because of giving up. Rather than a thought process driven by to do’ and tasks, hope reignites, nerves important for critical thinking. One ritual that we can follow is to simply in the morning, close your eyes and and let the sunlight penetrate your mind. Stop the thought process, whatever you’ve got going on, and just be. Feel the emotions, the feelings that your going through, just be. The more we do this, the better we’ll feel.
