Ramon made "second dinner" yesterday. This is what he made! This dish is called salchipulpo, you cut regular weenies in half then you cut the ends to mimic octopus tentacles, mixed with french fries. I like my salchipulpo mixed with Mexican sour cream and parmesan cheese. This was delicious! Oh, and we had yummy banana water that I made as well.
I cut my fringe today! I always get super bored with my hair, so I always try to change it up💜
Todays dinner!! Spicy Chipotle shrimp, with jasmine rice and pinto beans 😍 I'm not a huge seafood fan but this was delicious!!! Chipotle sauce was made with greek yogurt, a teaspoon of olive oil and 3 canned chipotle chiles and a pinch of salt. Of course Ramon loved this!!
Homemade Chicken pot pie.. it was so good! We forgot to buy the chicken stock, so we had to make some. It tasted sooo much better! I cut up too many veggies, so we had to make two pies. Better for him, he had his own haha.

Today is a lazy day for Ramon and I. We ate pancakes, watched an episode of Ren and Stimpy (one of my favorites) and a new show called Last Man on Earth. It was pretty hilarious!! I still can't believe we're living together, we got so blessed being stationed in such a beautiful area. I can't wait to explore some more and continue to make memories with him.

Happy Saturday everyone! Ramon and I woke up semi-early today to take a trip to Seattle! This will be our second time there, we're ready to take on the city and try some good and different foods! I hope everyone has a beautiful Saturday!

I made kale chips the other day, they were so GOOD!! Although Ramon wasn't a big fan of them, he still gave them a try. I'm really big on eating healthy, I try to make it fun for him and I.. But I guess I didn't succeed for him this time!
Yesterday's dinner. I know it looks a little weird but it was so good! Salmon pesto pasta, with salad.

Heres a little intro: I’m 25 years old, I graduated from beauty school at Bellus Academy, I have a crazy small family that I love and I’ve been married for 3 months!! My husband is Ramon, I’ve been with him for four and a half years! But I’ll shall post about him later.

The day I received a call from Ramon (my husband) telling me we were moving to Washington in 5 days is a week I will never forget. I quit my job two days later, purchased a living room, cleared up my dogs for their shots and started packing my life to be able to fit into a Budget Truck. Twenty-four years in San Diego, and we were about to move to the complete opposite. A full 360. But we were ready, Ramon and I had been dreaming of the day we were finally together in our own home. Sunday February 22nd was the day we left. I’m the youngest in the family so it was very hard for my parents and sisters. Although I was extremely exited to start this new chapter with Ramon, I was very sad to be leaving my family behind. Especially my nieces and nephews (I’ll talk about them later). So finally it was time to leave, we drove away in his mom’s truck following his dad in the Budget Truck and we waved goodbye… His dad drove the truck for about 3 hours because there was a deep hill and he didn’t want Ramon and I to risk driving on that hill without experience. I forget where we stopped, but he handed Ramon the keys, we said goodbye and we officially started our journey together. San Diego, CA to Whidbey Island, WA. LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!
