[11:10] TP: [The direction you've been dragged in takes you down a hall for a few minutes at least before finally you come to a stop, rolling free from the sudden release and across surprisingly dry ground as compared to the watery direction you had come from. If you look in the direction you came from, strangely, there seems to be no way back -- a blank wall sits, blocking the path as if you had never been there at all. The walls are all grey metal, and featureless, save for what looks like stairs going down up ahead.]
[11:21] TC: *lets himself lay on the ground for a good while before he decides he should make his way to his feet and does so with a huff. He glances back to the blank wall to show how he wasn't happy with it, then turns to curiously look in the direction of the stairs. He would rather wait around for the thing to come back and try that again giving it a different outcome, but feeling anxious and annoyed he chooses to travel down the stairs in search*
[11:32] TP: [The further you go down the stairs, the more familiar things start to seem after a while. You eventually hit the bottom and find yourself in another tunnel -- a dark one -- and perhaps it takes a little while for realization to sink in that this place looks much like the laboratory on the meteor. Up ahead, there's one of the automated doors that leads into a room, but across the hall on the opposite wall there's an even more familiar vent.]
[11:45] TC: *realization hits him with confusion as he eyes the surroundings, eventually catching sight of the vent. He quirks an eyebrow at that and is quick to turn away from it, not in the mood to be hiding just yet. He goes for the doors, hoping that they're working*
[12:05] TP: [The door slides open, allowing him entry. From the looks of things, he's somehow found Karkat's block, although Karkat isn't anywhere to be seen. The room seems empty aside from his things, though -- computer, weapons, etc. Or maybe not? There's the strange sense that someone is here.]
[12:18] TC: *assuming mind tricks now he gets the sense that there's going to be something off in the block, but takes his time smiling around at the space, giving off a carefree impression. Not wanting whatever could be in there to try leaving he stubbornly crouches at the doorway, tilting his head and seeing if anything changes*
[12:47] TP: [The block is quiet for a long time. The whole laboratory, in fact. Then, there is a sort of shuffling coming from the vent inside Karkat's block.]
[12:54] TC: *patiently waits until he starts to hear the noises. Seeing where it's coming from he gives the vent a long look before he rolls his eyes and goes to stand by it so he can glare at it more closely*
[12:56] TP: [Finally, some movement is visible through the vent. It's dark, though, and it's hard to tell exactly what's inside until the covering is banged against and comes off, and then at last there's a visible face -- a familiar face, even. A smiling face with eight pupils and short black hair.] There you are!
[01:03] TC: *immediately retraces his steps until he's back where he was, where he stands giving the newcomer a smile* didn't know i was being sought for. EVEN IN SUCH A PLACE WHERE WE AIN'T EVEN KNOWING WHOSE WHERE.
[01:25] TP: Of course! [She finally crawls out of the vent and lowers herself to the floor, straightening her dress before looking back at him with a grin.] I'm going to need your help. And you can start 8y letting go of some of that pesky free will for a while. [Her hand raises, and the thing that you feel is something strange in your mind, maybe a flash of blue before the next thing you know, you're in a different room. This one's familiar, too, especially with the bodies bleeding blue and green on the floor. And her figure sits on the same preservation jar that you once sat upon.] You sure made a mess here. [If you try to move, you'll find yourself unable, still under enough of her control that it's impossible.]
[01:36] TC: *once he finds himself in new surroundings he rids of his momentary lost look before realizing that he can't move. He ignores the bodies on the ground to fix her with a harsh glare* sister. YOU TRYING TO HAVE A MOTHER FUCKING SENSE OF HUMOR WITH THIS.
[01:45] TP: [Her brows raise, as if taken aback by this statement.] Oh, no! I just thought you might like to enjoy a 8it of nostalgia with me. It's a funny place, here. [She hops down, and then things go blurry again. Vaguely, you can see yourself following her down a hall. You're in another room. It isn't where the body landed, scalemate plushies all ripped up on the ground, but she's got something in her hands by the horns. Tavros' head.] You were fond of this, weren't you? Would you like it 8ack?
[01:55] TC: *is silent for a moment more in favor of staring her down and trying to gain control again. He doesn't want her to be holding such a thing and would also like to test if it was real so he answers with* YEAH.
[02:01] TP: [She holds it out (politely?) and your hands are moving of their own accord to grab it, handed off to hold by the horns as well until your hands lift it up to see. It looks as real as can be.]
[02:13] TC: *doesn't like such realism being involved and not knowing what to trust, but a sadness he had long gotten accustomed to returns and that makes him angrier. He still gives the head a hesitant smile and holds it close before eyeing her again*
[02:22] TP: There we go! Now are you ready to help me finish what we started? :::) What am I saying. Of course you are! *She holds up her hand again, and everything changes one more time. But this time, you're outside. A lot feels different, in fact, as if time has been passing. You haven't got the head anymore, but what you can tell is that Karkat is lying on the ground, covered in blood. Your hands feel heavy. If you look, you'll see they're clutching clubs, drenched in red blood. For now, Aranea is nowhere to be seen.]
[02:39] TC: *he expects to start back talking when he regains control, but he's stopped when he doesn't recognize the scene this time and he's slow to take it in, his breathing getting more frantic. He drops the clubs and then crouches down beside Karkat's form, trying to keep his rage in check so he's shaky reaching a hand out, wanting to get a response from him. As he does that he mutters to himself that he wasn't the one at fault*
[12:06] TP: [Karkat lies prone still, and the blood is still pooling, albeit slowly. He's on his back, eyes wide -- it's obvious he's not asleep. Grass stretches out all around -- nearby, there's Karkat's hive. It seems this was a visit.]
[12:18] TC: *not thinking clearly he doesn't piece together what makes the situation not seem right and convinces himself that Karkat just needs help in order to fix things, but doesn't know how to be the one to offer that. Either way if there's going to be any way to help him he's keeping him, so as careful as he can he picks him up in his arms and holds him protectively, while his wide eyes search the hive looking for whoever had made him do that while he panics that it hadn't been anyone at all*
[12:21] TP: [There's no one else to be seen. It seems that Gamzee is alone with the body.]
[12:33] TC: *after awhile he takes his angry focus from that direction and seats himself down. To try and get the blood to stop leaving Karkat he shakily holds his head against his own chest, mumbling nonsense at him in hopes that would snap him out of it, but it's mainly to keep himself distracted as he stares blankly ahead*
[12:38] TP: [Eventually, somehow, the scenery changes again, but the situation doesn't. You find yourself in a room now with the quite dead Karkat, but all around on the walls are messages written in blood, blood of different colors. All colors on your own hands.]
[12:48] TC: *once he sees that they're in a different place he takes it in and doesn't seem to think much of it until he sees his hands. He makes a weak laugh at the sight and in the arm not holding Karkat he makes a fist, yelling though with doubt in his tone* DIDN'T DO THAT.
[12:53] TP: [Bright blood on the wall seems to respond, though it's doing nothing more than sitting there. "yes you motherfucking did."]
[01:00] TC: *setting Karkat down he stands up and swipes at the blood on the wall as if to get rid of it, just glad to have something to argue with even if that something is a wall* MOTHER FUCKING AIN'T SO MOTHER FUCKER.
[01:04] TP: [It barely smears. It seems to be mostly dried. However, the entire wall -- all the walls -- seem to hold variants of the same sentiments to assure that you are, in fact, responsible.]
[01:12] TC: *turns around and roars at the other walls, wanting nothing else then to destroy the reminders, starting to believe it himself. He lashes out at the wall attempting to make a dent in it*
[01:14] TP: [There's barely any reaction at all. For some reason, the wall seems to want to stay right where it is, how it is. A face smiles at you. ":o)"]
[01:23] TC: *gives it a good long look before he gives it a wide smile in return and takes himself away, back to Karkat. He sits back down and hugs him close, laughing against the top of his head as he stares down the wall*
