About My Regression:

I’m a digital artist who expresses their regression through art.

I’m disabled and low energy therefore I post when I have the energy to do so.

I have level 1 autism, adhd, bpd, and learning disabilities.

Involuntary regressor, occasionally voluntary.

My regressions occurs in real life but is often hidden, suppressed, secret, or I’m unaware due to it being involuntary. This online blog is a safe space for me to express my regression without judgment and to meet others who have similar experiences.

Regressions is a helpful coping mechanism in response to stress, burnout, and my disabilities. Yet it’s not solely a coping mechanism for me. I can have lot of fun with it too and I’m trying to voluntary get into this headspace to relax more.

I don’t know what to call this but sometimes my age regression is negative. Sometimes when I’m burned out, I can’t help but to age regress. It’s not a coping mechanism and it’s involuntary and it can be a bit embarrassing. I need extra help and it’s clear I’m not mentally, the age I should be. At this point, I’m starting to question if I’m slightly stunted the older I get. The older I get, the younger I feel but in a negative, skill regression kinda way. I understand I have AuDHD and a learning disability but I’m not used to feeling this significant of a change.

How cool would it be to have an age/pet regressor room? A proper sized crib and fun themed mobile. A large decorated cage with a cozy dog bed. Toys of all kinds. Lots of soft blankies, pillows, and plushies. Chew toys, pacifiers, bean bags, hammocks. Pet gear, harnesses, leashes, collars. Fun decorations and colorful lights. So fun!
