You may argue that you don’t, but there is no viable way for your demands vis a vis AI art to be enforced absent an expansion of copyright law. Most of the arguments being made against AI art are implicitly or explicitly supportive of copyright and IP law existing as a general principle. Unfortunately, your line of argumentation leads inevitably to a broadening of IP law, which will then be used as a cudgel by the people for whom the law is actually intended to benefit, that is, the bourgeoisie.
