I am so thankful you all motivated me to finish her with your amazing feedback!! This is based on a “Monster High Lagoona Blue- picture day” doll that i bought on ebay like 3 years ago and that was so unbelievably greasy and disgusting. I wanted this to be a simple thing, then as i went along i thought “Articulation in the new legs would be kinda neat…. transparent fins would be kinda neat……LEDs would be kinda neat…… resin eyes would be kinda neat…..glow in the dark highlights would be kinda neat….” it just kept going. So yes her little light actually does glow! Battery pack hidden under her big hair. I don’t know why there’s not more anglerfish dolls, everyone loves those fishies don’t they?!

Hey so, on monday night my roommates are evicting me. They will call the police and have me removed if I am not done packing and hauling it out by then. I have about 30$ to my name, no car, and nowhere to go. I’ve applied to about 50 job listings for Technical Artist/Environmental Artist/3D modeler but, unless I am very lucky, I don’t think I’ll be offered a job before me and my cat are kicked out on monday.

If anyone can donate a few bucks I would really appreciate it. If you can signal boost this, I would appreciate that too.

I don’t like asking for money from strangers but…I haven’t got any options at the moment. I don’t want to offer commissions because I still have a backlog and it will be rather hard to fulfill them while unhoused.

It will cost most of my cash on hand to rent even a pickup and I am not sure I could move my furniture alone if I tried. Alright so this lady might legit be my absolute favorite so far. She just came together so nicely, with so many fine details that just worked. She was awesome to work on.
